There have been noticeable transformations in many who are experiencing ascension. These changes were accompanied by a significant surge of ascension energy which has caused Ascension overload resulting in feelings of exhaustion and possibly depletion in the system.
Many Starseed Individuals have gone through childhood trauma and did not have the opportunity to discover their identity or self-love before experiencing it. Therefore, their healing process is about finding their identity and loving themselves for the first time rather than regaining their previous life.
