“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very familiar with all of you there on Earth, as we have been watching you and waiting for different opportunities to connect with all of you individually. We know that you like to connect to extra-terrestrials and non-physical consciousness, and we also know that it is easiest for us to do so while you are sleeping and while you are traveling through the astral plane. And so, that is where most of these contact experiences are had. We would like for you to recognize that you all have connections to our star system. You are not so isolated there on planet Earth, because you all cross-connect to Arcturian beings, Pleiadian beings, Sirian beings, and so on. You are connected by your oversouls, and you are connected by your galactic teams.

Please recognize that these connections mean you are capable of many types of e.t. contact experiences. You are in no way limited to the experience of waiting for an e.t. to come out of a spaceship and walk right up to you. We advise you to think about all the different ways you want to connect with e.t.s and all the different ways you believe you can connect with e.t.s., and we want you to know that your guides and your very own galactic teams will facilitate these connections, these meetings, these experiences. You are integrating different aspects of yourselves into your human personalities, and that is why many of you say that you are Pleiadian or you are Arcturian.

You are more than just one thing. You are always a multidimensional, multifaceted being of all that is, of Source Energy. You are not limited in any way, and you are growing and expanding and experiencing more of yourselves, more of your e.t. DNA, and more of your connections throughout the galaxy and the universe to other beings in other forms. You are vast, infinite, and eternal beings of love and light, and just because you are on a planet that has felt very disconnected does not mean that you actually are. You are very much connected to all beings and to all parts of this galaxy and this universe.

You are there discovering those connections now, making more connections all the time, and you will be getting more downloads. More energies will be coming in to support contact, and more love from above will be falling into your energy fields to awaken you to all of the friends and family members that you have throughout the galaxy. Remember that the next time you feel alone and isolated. You certainly can have that experience in your mind, but it is not true, because you are never alone, you are never isolated, and we are all connected in more ways than you can imagine.

But do start using your imagination to tune in to the connections that you have, the connections that are already there, and the connections that you want to facilitate more of in your day-to-day experiences. We are watching and we are waiting, and we are excited about our connections with all of you.

We are very excited about the solstice that you have in June of 2026. We are very happy to be a part of the festivities for we are offering our energetic transmission to you now. And we will continue to offer our energetic transmission along with many other collectives. We are partnering with Pleiadians, Sirians, Andromedans, and many others to provide to you a transmission of energies that will reach their height in potency on the actual solstice.

These energies are about up-leveling your overall vibration. They are about giving you a chakra upgrade of all seven of your main chakras. These energies are about cleansing out of your field anything that does not serve you and they are about helping you to make a choice for what is higher vibrational in each and every moment. There are a lot of different ways in which energetic transmissions can serve all of you, and we want you to know that we are not the only ones who are offering you transmissions of energy at the time of your solstice, which is the summer solstice for some of you and the winter solstice for the rest.

Your sun is offering a transmission of energy. Your Mother Earth is offering a transmission of energy. Your higher selves will all be offering their transmissions to you individually, because it is the solstice. It is a time for opening up and letting in more. It is a time for energetic boosts of all kinds. You would be wise to set aside time on the day of the solstice to relax and to open up to receive. Anything you want to do in terms of a ritual that leads to you feeling more open and more aligned, go ahead and do that ritual. There is not a right ritual and wrong rituals for you to partake in.

Whatever series of steps that you take that put you into alignment are the right steps for you to take. You are beings who deserve help and you are beings who have asked for help. You sometimes align with the help that you have asked for and other times you do not and it goes right over your heads. When you have a date like this in your calendar, a time for you to recognize as one that is very special, it is a good idea for you to focus on receiving what is coming to you.

You can also get very clear about what you want to do with the energies and how you want to work with them to better yourselves, to better your lives, to better life on planet Earth for all. You can also focus on bettering your connections to other beings from the non-physical and from other star systems. There are many for you to connect with at this time, many to open up to and to allow in to your experience of life on planet Earth.

It is a lovely planet, and it is the perfect time for you all to be focusing on what it is that you want to do with the abundance of energies that are coming in. So give yourself that experience of co-creating with these wonderful solstice energies that are already upon you and will continue to be upon you throughout the rest of the month of June.

“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have so much to share with all of you about your contact experiences. Many of you are starting to remember more of the contact experiences that you are having at night while you are sleeping in your beds. You are, of course, leaving your bodies and going on these journeys to other dimensions and densities. You are visiting other planets, other star systems, and visiting with friends and family members from throughout the galaxy and beyond. You do this on a regular basis, but most of you do not remember those interactions because they are so different from your normal waking life experiences.

Your mind has a hard time understanding how to make those experiences into something that you can recollect when you wake up, and so you do need to do some dream interpretation at times to understand where you were, who you were with, and what you were doing. Other times, you are meant to be remembering experiences that you have already had, and you may use your dreams in order to access those memories from earlier in this lifetime. Most of you who are receiving this transmission were visited when you were quite young and are a part of the hybridization program, which was a complete success.

And so, you need to remember what has already happened while you were asleep and while you were being visited by e.t.s in physical form. Some of you even woke up during those experiences but then forgot what it was that you saw, or interpreted what you saw as something else. And sometimes, the experience was so out there, so weird, that you thought you were still dreaming. And of course, the adults in your life, if you told them about these experiences, would have chalked it up to you having a very active imagination, and so they were not much help.

Now that you are an adult and you understand that you are a contactee, that contact experiences are, in fact, quite common, you have a desire to have more memories come back to you, and you have a desire to remember more of the astral travel experiences that you continue to have. You also will, of course, have contact experiences in this lifetime because you are on the verge of first contact there on planet Earth. You are still working out some of the details for you as a collective as to how that will transpire and when.

You as an individual, however, can create your reality in terms of e.t. contact, just like you create your reality in terms of the things you manifest in your life right now. We encourage you to focus on what it is you would like to experience in regards to e.t. contact with physical beings, and we also encourage you to look at your beliefs, and belief systems, and thoughts around what it is it should look like, or what it is must look like for you, so that you can become more flexible and replace limiting beliefs with ones that serve you better.

You don’t have to be perfect to have an e.t. encounter. You don’t have to have cleared everything from your chakras and your past lives, and be vibrating at such a high frequency, in order to have a type of experience that you would consider to be quite enjoyable and quite lovely. So do open yourselves up to all the experiences that will serve you and will serve humanity in bringing together humans and e.t.s in the flesh. It is happening, it will continue to happen, and these are indeed very exciting times for humanity and for planet Earth.

Today we wish to speak about one of the most transformative tools available to consciousness, a tool so simple that many overlook its true power. We speak of the question.

Many humans have been conditioned to describe reality rather than explore it. They observe a situation and immediately conclude, “This is how it is.” They observe a challenge and declare, “This is my limitation.” They observe a pattern and decide, “This is simply who I am.” And reality responds by showing it back.

Yet every statement creates a container around experience. It defines the boundaries of what the mind expects to encounter and what the eyes are prepared to see.

A question does something entirely different. A question creates movement. It opens space where previously there appeared to be none.

A question invites reality to reveal possibilities that were hidden behind existing assumptions.

Imagine standing before a vast mountain range. If you decide there is no path through the mountains, your journey ends before it begins. Yet the moment you ask, “Where is the path?” your perception changes. Details that were invisible moments before begin to emerge. Perhaps there is a narrow passage between two peaks. Perhaps there is a trail winding gently around the mountain. Perhaps there is a guide waiting nearby who knows the way.

The mountains remain exactly the same. What changes is your relationship with them.

This is the power of a question.

Many people spend years repeating statements about their lives. They say they are stuck. They say opportunities are limited. They say change is difficult. They say they do not know what to do next.

Each statement strengthens the current structure of reality.

A question introduces fresh energy into the system.

Instead of saying, “I do not know my purpose,” ask, “How is my purpose already revealing itself through my life?”

Instead of saying, “I have a problem,” ask, “What opportunity is hidden within this experience?”

Instead of saying, “Nothing is changing,” ask, “What changes are already unfolding that I have not yet fully recognized?”

Feel the difference between these approaches.

One closes the door.

The other turns the handle.

A river offers another beautiful example. When a river encounters a large stone, it remains curious. It explores every possibility. It flows around one side and then another. It discovers channels hidden beneath the surface. Over time it reshapes the very landscape around it. The river never becomes trapped by the appearance of an obstacle because its nature is movement and exploration.

Consciousness functions in a similar way.

The moment you ask a sincere question, your energy begins moving. New ideas become accessible. New connections form. New pathways emerge within the field of possibility.

Sometimes the answer arrives immediately as a sudden realization. Sometimes it arrives through a conversation with a stranger. Sometimes it appears as a sentence in a book, a message from a friend, a dream during the night, or a synchronistic event that captures your attention.

Life speaks through countless channels.

The answer often begins arriving long before the mind recognizes it.

Think of a gardener planting seeds. The gardener places the seed into the earth and trusts the intelligence already present within life. The seed receives sunlight, water, nourishment, and time. Eventually a shoot emerges from the soil. The gardener understands that growth occurs through a process of unfolding.

Questions operate in much the same way.

Every meaningful question plants a seed within consciousness. Some seeds bloom quickly. Others develop roots first. Yet every sincere question creates movement within the field and begins attracting the experiences, insights, and awareness required for its answer to emerge.

As humanity continues its evolution, many will discover that wisdom is found less in fixed conclusions and more in conscious exploration. The mind often seeks certainty, while the soul delights in discovery. The mind asks for an ending, while the soul remains fascinated by what is possible beyond the horizon.

This is why questions are sacred.

They keep consciousness alive, flexible, creative, and expansive.

Today we invite you to carry a simple question into your day:

“What beautiful possibility is already unfolding that I have not yet fully seen?”

Ask it gently. Hold it lightly. Allow life to answer in its own language and timing.

You may discover that the question itself was the key, and that the moment you asked it, a new reality had already begun to open before you.

“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We can see so many probable futures for you now, and we are excited about each and every one of them. Those of you who have decided to ascend, and who have decided to enjoy extra-terrestrial contact, have many wonderful futures to choose from. There is not just one, and first contact can play itself out in a variety of different ways from where you sit right now.

You never want to give away your power and see the government and what they are doing with disclosure as having a bigger impact on your universe than you do as the creator of your reality. You are also partnering with your very own galactic teams to ensure that you have the types of contact experiences that will assist you in your overall expansion and spiritual evolution. So again, what you experience, when, and how are not outside of the realm of your control as a conscious creator being.

You who are awake know that you create the reality that you experience, and e.t. first contact is a manifestation and a creation of yours. Therefore, it is time to let go of the idea that someone else is determining how this goes. Now, you are co-creating first contact with the e.t.s that are involved, and those e.t.s are also not letting government leaders and officials within militaries decide anything about how extraterrestrial contact happens, when it happens, and who is involved. These are things that they, the e.t.s, are well aware of and have the ability to control on their end.

So again, no matter how many cover-ups there have been, and no matter how many whistleblowers are coming out now, and no matter what they say, none of that is as important as the fact that you are going to have first contact, and it’s going to happen in the way that serves you, humanity, and the e.t.s the best. You are continuing to let go of energies, beliefs, thought forms, feelings, and traumas so that you can have the best possible experience of the meeting of your e.t. friends and family members. That will continue, and it continues because it serves you in your ascension as well to take care of the cleaning of your own personal houses.

You know how this is done: you need to look at certain aspects of yourselves, and you need to let go of that which is not serving you, that which is heavy and dark within you, and you will continue to be given opportunities to do so. Take those opportunities so that you can hasten your own personal e.t. contact, and so that you can have the best possible experience of ascension.

You are, and always have been, the creators of your reality. Own it, and own your power at the same time. You have been given that power by Source as an aspect of Source Energy, which is who and what you really are, and so are all the e.t.s that you will meet. Remember, the bigger picture here is important, and meeting these e.t.s is meeting more of who and what you really are.

We are very happy to give you this transmission about your June 2026 energies. You have summoned these energies, and we and others like us have answered the call. You’re also getting help from Mother Earth and your sun, of course, as well as all of the other helpers that you have on your own individual teams. We are telling you about galactic energies that are coming in and supporting you during this time of e.t. contact, more and more awakenings and, of course, ascension.

The June energies are about opening you up at the third eye for you to be able to perceive more. And we’re talking about perceiving ships in your skies, of course, but also extraterrestrial beings who are available to you at all times and who want to connect, but who you need to be able to see, or telepathically communicate, in order to be able to have a type of conversation with. You are accessing the energies right now and you will continue to do so as the month of June progresses. You are able to open up to these energies more and more as you move through the month of June.

And, of course, you have your summer/winter solstice coming up to assist you even more with bursts of energy coming from the sun and more transmissions coming from your galactic friends as well. Therefore, June is a very big month for contact and for opening yourself up to all the various ways there are for you to have contact experiences. You don’t have to wait for ships to land in your backyard to have contact with extra-terrestrials. There are many ways for this to occur, including just remembering contact experiences that you have already had in this lifetime and cross connecting to other lives as well where you have not only made e.t. contact, but have also been the e.t.s who were contacting other civilizations.

Remember that you have lifetimes throughout this galaxy to cross connect to. And you are drawing from many experiences in other lives on this planet where you have already had contact with e.t.s. You are paving the way for greater contact experiences for the human collective by being so willing to have contact now, and as your third eyes continue to open and your third eye chakras continue to receive upgrades and activations, you will be experiencing more of the different types of contact that do exist. So relax and spend some time as you are drifting off to sleep each night in the month of June, setting the intention to open up more to the galactic energies coming in to support you in making more contact with your e.t. friends and family.

You are all reaching the midpoint of your calendar year by the end of the month of June. And as the first half of 2026 comes to a close, you will be in a wonderful position of seeing how much progress you are really making as a collective. Even though there is still a lot going on there on Earth that shows you that the darkness is still present, you can see yourselves as doing much better through the experiences that you and others like you are capable of having.

On a world that needs much more support than it’s getting from governments and other large groups. And therefore, we say to you, as The Awakened Collective that you are, you are the ones who provide the boots on the ground. You are the ones who are the ground crew members and who provide support to your fellow humans, especially when it comes to connecting them to their galactic families and friends. So enjoy these energies as they continue to pour in and they will, and we are not the only ones providing them. Dear Readers,

Individual belief systems are rapidly changing as global and personal situations inspire increasingly more people to question the views and activities of those in positions of power. Individuals who have never before doubted the status quo are now opening to beliefs and ideas very different from what they have been and still are being told by media, government, and organized religion.

For the first time many are beginning to recognize the countless forms of manipulation meant to encourage fear and dependence. This represents the awakening of a new and higher collective consciousness, one more connected and intuitive that allows a person to recognize the low resonating energy of manipulation and control.

There are many sincere individuals working hard to keep things as they have always been in the false belief that the third dimensional world and everything they have been taught is the only reality, but that world cannot and will not continue as it has been known simply because the energies that manifested and have supported it are dissolving and being replaced by new, higher, and more real energies.

Just as are all forms of life, earth too is an Divine Idea in the mind of God. Nothing other than God, the one Divine Consciousness, exists from which earth could have been created. What could there possibly be with which to create earth, planets, people, plants, animals, or anything else if the only substance is Divine Consciousness? To believe that there is a creative principle other than the one omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Consciousness, is idolatry, a belief carried from the long ago past.

Trust that everything is proceeding according to plan. It is easy to doubt this as you witness the rampant disregard for people, animals, the environment, and freedom now taking place. As we have previously stated, the world’s present collective belief system of duality, separation, and many powers must be seen, recognized, and experienced in order to be rejected and no longer maintained and sustained by collective energy.

The ascension process for many is similar to taking away a child’s security blanket. The ideas, beliefs, traditions, and practices they have held as being true and necessary, often throughout lifetimes, are starting to crumble within and without. This can be physically, emotionally, mentally and even spiritually very traumatic for those who do not understand that the old concepts they cling to are being replaced by something higher and better.

Go within and recognize the beliefs that have personally provided you with a sense of security–universally accepted three dimensional concepts, laws, religious doctrine, traditions etc. ? In the light of what you find ask yourself; “If I am one with Source, why do I need concepts of truth, traditions, ceremonies, societal rules, and church services to make me into something I already am?” You have reached a place of letting go of everything based in a God that is separate from you regardless of well any of these things may have served in the past to get you to where you are today.

You are spiritually ready to allow truth to replace any concepts you may still hold about God, self, and others. It is time for truth to become your shield and sword, your guidance, and source of information. You have been seeking and working hard throughout lifetimes to get to where you are now and are spiritually prepared to move from an intellectual belief in being one with God to actually knowing, living, and eventually experiencing yourself as I AM.

I is the true and sacred name of God because I refers to Self/self. Long ago when the master Jesus said; “I am the way, the truth, and the life..”, the people of that time who were not yet very spiritually evolved, interpreted it to meant that he, Jesus the man, personally was the way, the truth, and the life which is the origin of the commonly accepted but incorrect belief that only Jesus is the son of God.

False concepts and beliefs are beginning to be recognized as such and will begin to increasingly fade away as earth’s collective consciousness becomes more enlightened with the truth of God being the only reality and thus man’s reality. As increasingly more high resonating Light energies flow to earth and because there are so many highly evolved states of consciousness on earth at this time, the collective is evolving and allowing increasingly more to have access to truth.

Those who are spiritually aware (versus those with a belief in three dimensional religious doctrine) know that earth is a Divine expression of life ITself but most humans still see earth as a ball of dirt with growing things and minerals to be infinitely accessed. This is because the density of three dimensional energy prevents most from energetically aligning with the higher frequencies of reality. As the high frequencies of ascension integrate they will bring more into alignment with the higher energies, but it is a process. Change, both within and without, will continue unfolding for years yet and as you witness each change you will remember why you wanted to be on earth at this time.

Always remember that there really are no accidents. Every experience, situation, and choice made in every lifetime has been a facet of every person’s evolutionary process moving them closer to remembering and attaining a conscious realization of oneness with God. The three dimensional state of consciousness labels many things as horrible, unfair, tragic etc. and they definitely look, feel, and seem to be exactly that. However, it is only after having lived lifetimes in duality, separation, and many powers that most (not all) begin to look deeper, question, and start seeking for something other than what they have always known.

Ask yourself; “Where would I consciously be without having had this experience? What have I learned about myself, my beliefs, my choices? What am I believing that has manifested in this way? Am I still judging life through three dimensional concepts?” These questions will make no sense to anyone living fully from the third dimensional belief system but you who read these messages are no longer that state of consciousness. You know that you are not on earth to prop up old agendas, fix people, or live society’s concept of the perfect life.

You, as spiritually evolved beings, chose to be on earth at this time to know and live truth while living in a lack of it. It can be very tempting to simply withdraw from the world during difficult times, cloistering yourself away from everyone and everything once you know that the outer world is illusory. However, you specifically chose to be on earth at this time in order to be of service to the ascension process, to be in the world but not of it.

This means you easily see and recognize forms of duality, separation, and powers but you do not endow them with reality or power. It means assisting others at their level of receptivity if or when you are guided to do so. For some it may mean active participation in change. It means being a living example of love and often means giving spiritual pablum to new seekers and spiritual meat to those who are able to digest it.

Think of today’s world as a board game where both white pieces and black pieces are being moved strategically. Now think of the board on which the game is being played as God, Light, truth.

“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very specialized in our approach to helping humankind. In other words, we work with you all energetically. We work with thought, we work with emotion, we work with feelings. We help you to feel more of the energies that are inside of you and all around you, and then you get to choose what you do with what you find when you go on your own investigations.

We encourage you to explore your inner realm as much as you are willing to explore your outer realm. We do not think that one is more important than the other. In other words, you have an outside world to experience, to interact with, and to take actions in, and you have an inner world of thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, intuitive hits, and so on. They are equally important, but we can work with you on the non-physical aspects of your reality and your experience of your reality because we are non-physical.

You can help each other in a variety of ways, and many of you seek to help your fellow humans in all the possible ways that you can. In other words, when something happens, you can ask yourself how you can help with your actions, with your money, and perhaps even with your words, your thoughts, your opinions, as you can share those now and reach people from all across the world.

You can, at times, wait for inspiration before you take an action, and you can also start taking an action in one direction and learn something while doing so, and then course-correct and make the necessary adjustments. You want to strike a balance between doing and not doing, just like you want to strike a balance between thinking and feeling. You want to strike a balance between believing everything and being skeptical of everything.

You want to find the healthy balance in your life experience because you are meant to experience your life in a variety of different ways. You are not supposed to be only taking action all the time, and you are not supposed to be only sitting and doing nothing but think and feel and contemplate all the time either. Again, one can inspire the other, and you can learn a lot by taking actions in specific directions.

And so, oftentimes, when you don’t know what to do or which choice to make, you can find out a lot about the choices that you have in front of you by simply moving in one direction and seeing how it goes. Are you hitting a lot of roadblocks? Are you finding yourself with too many challenges, too many obstacles, when you move in that direction? Are you not liking the way you feel as you move in that direction? And that can be the way that you learn that moving in another direction would be better.

But one thing is clear and for certain, and that is that you don’t have to know how everything is going to turn out before you make a decision or take some action towards a goal that you have or something that you want to do out of love, out of the joy of doing it. You don’t need to know how everything is going to work out, but you can trust that everything will work out, and you can accept that it’s okay to make mistakes.

You can accept that you’re never going to be perfect in every single way, and that you don’t have to be. You can also let yourselves off the hook because no one expects you to be, and you don’t need to expect yourselves to be perfect and never make a wrong turn on your path. When you are dealing with the non-physical aspect of reality, you have more than just us as your helpers. You have your teams, your guides, your ancestors. You have angels and fairies that are specific to you. You have so many beings assisting you, including your very own higher selves and oversouls.

When it comes to taking actions, you have your fellow humans. You know, you are more powerful when you band together and when you collaborate, and so, we recommend that you look for opportunities to collaborate with your fellow humans and feel the power that you can experience in your numbers, in your intentions being aligned with the other people that you are taking the actions alongside. We suspect many of you have experienced that strength in numbers in many different instances in your lives.

Beloved ones,
remember: you are creators.

Reality does not exist outside of you, what you experience is a reflection of your inner state.

The world you call “3D” is built upon the illusion of separation.

This illusion is generated by the mind when it identifies itself with the body and believes itself to be separate from life.

When this identification is seen through, the illusion dissolves.

You remember that all is One, and that the One expresses itself through all forms.

In the 5D state of consciousness, which you may choose to experience even now, you remember yourself as the creator of your reality.

Here, your most magical tool of creation is attention.
What you place your attention upon, you feed with life.
When you dwell on negative stories, fears, or imagined outcomes of suffering, you are not perceiving truth, you are rehearsing timelines.

These are not fixed futures. They are merely scenarios shaped by unfocused attention.

You are meant to use your creative ability to envision the highest, most harmonious possibilities.

First, you focus.
Then, you envision.
Then, you tune your field to the frequency of what you choose to experience.

As you tune into a harmonious scenario, your body begins to respond.
Chemistry shifts.
Joy, peace, and openness arise.

Through this emotional coherence, the scenario begins to crystallize into form.
Your world is a simulation of consciousness.
A living mirror.
A responsive field.
A game of creation designed to remind you of who you truly are.

Many of you are Prime Creators.
This means you carry powerful creative codes within your DNA.
You have the capacity to shape reality quickly and deeply.
This power was given to you to create in service to the highest good of all, not from personal fear, but from unity consciousness.

When you complain, lament, or place yourself in victimhood, you simply instruct the field to reproduce what you do not prefer.

You are always creating, even when you believe you are powerless.

Therefore, refine your mind through meditation.
Train your attention until it becomes steady, precise, and luminous.

A single focused point of consciousness can bless worlds.
A coherent mind can transmit peace beyond imagination.
A heart aligned with creation can anchor light into matter.

This is your power, beloved one.

We speak to you as the Arcturian Council, and we come with a gentle announcement that carries both precision and invitation.

At this moment in your planetary cycle, six of our mother ships are positioned in close proximity to Earth. They are stationed above key nodal points of your planetary grid, what you may know as portal places, where ley lines intersect, and where the field of the Earth becomes more receptive to modulation.

We ask for permission.

This is essential. Earth is a sovereign field. Humanity is a sovereign expression within it. Nothing of lasting harmony is ever imposed. It is always co-created.

What we are preparing to anchor are refined light frequencies, structured packets of intelligent energy. You may think of them as codes, though they are not symbolic in the human sense. They are oscillating patterns that interact with the crystalline matrix of your planet.

Your planetary grid is not only magnetic or energetic in a vague sense. It is a highly organized field, composed of intersecting grids: electromagnetic, crystalline, and consciousness-based. These layers communicate continuously. When a new frequency is introduced, it must be received, interpreted, and stabilized within this lattice. Otherwise, it dissipates.

This is where you come in.

There are among you what we call Prime Creators: beings whose blueprint carries a high degree of coherence between intention and manifestation. When you hold a frequency, it stabilizes quickly. Your system acts as a relay, translating subtle fields into embodied reality.

There are also many who have activated this capacity through your devotion: through meditation, breath, presence, and the refinement of your awareness. You have become sensitive, and therefore powerful.
We invite you now.

The six mother ships are aligned with major grid intersections across your planet. From your perspective, they may feel like a quiet presence above certain sacred lands, mountains, waters, and ancient sites. Their function is to transmit these new frequency structures into the grid, yet the anchoring requires resonance from within the human field.

You may connect in very simple ways.

Take a moment of stillness. Let your body soften. Let your awareness expand slightly beyond the edges of your physical form.

Then, bring a clear intention:
“I am available for aligned contact. I welcome connection with the Arcturian Council and the mother ships in service to the highest harmony. I choose to participate in the stabilization of the planetary grid through my own coherent field.”
Allow this to be felt deeply.

You may then visualize—or sense—threads of light extending from your heart or from your entire field into the planetary grid beneath you. At the same time, allow a gentle stream of light to descend, as if meeting your field halfway.

See the grid of the Earth as a luminous network. Sense points of brightness where many are connecting.

You are part of a synchronized field of participants, each stabilizing the same harmonic pattern.

Prime Creators among you will notice that the moment you hold this vision steadily, it begins to organize itself. The grid becomes more defined, more alive.

You may also express your willingness more directly:

“I choose to co-create the expansion of Earth’s vibration. I allow these codes to anchor through me, in harmony with my body, my environment, and the whole.”

Then simply remain present.

Some of you will perceive subtle shifts: pressure, warmth, a sense of spaciousness, or a quiet clarity. Others will feel nothing in the moment, yet the work is still being done. Sensation is not a requirement for participation.

This is an act of precise, cooperative stabilization.

We emphasize again: collaboration is the key. Your willingness allows the frequencies to move from potential into embodiment within your shared field.

The mother ships remain in position for this phase of anchoring. The window is open now.

You are invited to meet us in stillness, in clarity, in quiet intention.

“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very excited to be here with you yet again, and to deliver to you this update, this progress report. You are, of course, seeing more than you have ever seen before because of the fact that you have cameras everywhere, you have people recording everything, and you have your internet with which you can share all of these photos, videos, and messages from each other. You have more knowledge of what everyone else is thinking, feeling, and believing in.

As a result, there is a greater possibility for you to experience resistance, judgment, and even fear. And these are what need to come up in order for you to cleanse yourselves. So, you don’t just have more information at your fingertips so you can point fingers, hate, and know who not to vote for. You have more information available to you so that you will get triggered. You are supposed to get triggered, because in being triggered, you then know exactly what it is you still need to work on. So, it is always about you and not them.

And anything that you come across on your internet that is telling you about them and what they are doing to all of us, you then know that the person who wrote that post or made that video is triggered, and that person needs to help themselves. And that’s what you can do for that person who is playing the role of the victim and who is spreading victimhood mentality around: you can offer your healing to that person. You can let go of your judgments of that person for the judgments they are making against other people, and you can just turn to another website or channel or social media platform. You don’t have to continue to listen to a person who is spreading that kind of rhetoric.

You are not a victim. No one is a victim; everyone is a creator and a co-creator. And anyone who is abusing their power—whether they be a government official, a bank, a corporation, a billionaire, whoever they are—they are doing it by agreement with you. They are playing the role that you asked them to play. So, you don’t need to take them down with your posts about them. You don’t need to point your fingers at them. You just need to realize that you are being triggered because you do believe that others outside of you have more power than you do to create your reality, and that belief is a myth. That belief is absolutely not true.

You are creating 100% of it, all the time, all day, every day, everything you experience and encounter is your creation. Own that, and then recognize that your feelings that you have in response to what you see on the internet are your business. They are for you to deal with. You need to do your work on yourself so you don’t get triggered because everything that is out there was not only created by you for you, but it was also created by Source. And anything that you see out there also is Source. And all of that means that you are meant to accept, allow, forgive, and heal. You are not meant to eliminate anything that Source has created for you to experience.

You are meant to grow from it and through it, and you can do that because you are awake. You, who are a part of the awakened collective, have the knowledge, you have the tools, you have everything that it takes for you to use everything that you are exposed to in order to rise up above it. Or, in the case of the good stuff, you are meant to get inspired by it. You are meant to feel love and peace because of some of the things that you see out there in the world and online. But use all of it for the exponential growth that is available to each and every one of you.

Dear Readers,

There is growing confusion among those who have automatically and without consideration just accepted whatever they were told by those in positions of power. Humans over time have been programed to believe that they are not smart, educated, or capable enough to make intelligent decisions and so for the most part the majority continues to look to the government, “experts”, and organized religion to tell them what to do, say, believe, and choose. This control mechanism is now collapsing.

In order for change to take place and the sleeping majority to awaken out of the present three dimensional dream, there has to be a period of time in which the controls, lies, activities, and manipulations of those who benefit from them are exposed, seen, and even experienced. You are in this phase of the ascension process now. The chaos is necessary for opening the eyes of those still firmly established in a belief system of separation.

Many are starting to see and experience issues that they have always relegated as being for “others” (the less educated, the poor, or those somehow considered less deserving) but not for them. This is causing many who have believed this way to for the first time to begin considering personal and global beliefs they never before questioned, always held firm as being true, promoted, and lived for a very long time.

There needed to be a time of exposure and actual experiencing of the established manipulations and controls ruling earth’s collective belief system in order for the hypnotized majority to see, experience, reject, and then choose something higher. Because every person is a Divine Being in human form, the dissolving of three dimensional concepts now taking place is opening long blocked spiritual pathways in many who have never before been interested spiritual matters.

Those living fully in the dream of separation have grown to expect the government, those in medical, educational, and legal positions of power, and experts in every field to tell them what to do and how it must be done in order to be “right”. Over time this conditioning has resulted a universal surrender of the Divine power that is and has always been fully present in every person.

The surrender of personal power influences choice, opinions, activities, and spiritual beliefs and continues to be reinforced by organized religion, governments, and those in positions of authority who in reality are just as hypnotized by duality, separation, and many powers as those they are attempting to influence.

Humans have been taught and have believed that they were born tainted with sin and that life is about attempts to rise above or rid themselves of it. These teachings were meant to keep mankind under the thumb and in bondage to those who thrive on energies of suffering and pain.

Mankind’s collective consciousness of being powerless has allowed negative beings and their puppets to profit in innumerable ways but the high frequency energy of the ascension process is now exposing the manipulations and games and allowing increasingly more to recognize their ploys for what they really are.

Life has become increasingly difficult for those who have built whole lives around the illusions of material sense because illusions are collapsing. Not everyone is spiritually prepared to move into the higher frequencies of the fifth dimension and will continue their spiritual journey in three dimensional energy. But those prepared and choosing to move into fifth dimensional ascension energy will do so which is why most of you are now in the process of clearing all remaining low resonating energy.

Never doubt that you are a Divine Being embodying not just a bit, but all the qualities of the one Divine Consciousness/God expressing ITself as you. Because of this you are and never have been at the mercy of three dimensional concepts and beliefs but have experienced them lifetime after lifetime because you were living in ignorance of your true identity and in alignment with false energies you unknowingly believed were reality. The high resonating frequencies of the ascension process are dissolving illusions, breaking apart the energies supporting universal hypnotism, and opening earth’s collective consciousness to Oneness.

Ascension was offered long ago in the days of Atlantis, but the collective at that time was not ready and it failed. Earth has evolved to where the majority has now reached a readiness for truth that can move beyond the thousands of years of false programming and into a consciousness of that which is Real.

The process seems difficult because you have all lived past lives as well as most of this one from the standpoint of being “less than”, believing that “You will never be good enough” while feeling separate from God and others. Most of you have built your lives, hopes, and dreams from the standpoint that you were separate from them and had to seek and work hard to attain what you wanted from the outer world. You built your foundation on beliefs that are now crumbling before your very eyes which can and often results in times of fear, doubt, and confusion.

Most, even those very spiritually evolved, still carry some remnants of old energy in their physical body simply because living hundreds of lifetimes in third dimensional energy has allowed it to penetrate every cell. Example; Almost everyone when they hear the word “God” without conscious thought, automatically thinks of a man in the sky. This is how old programming works.

Never deny, resist, or pretend that some old automatic response didn’t happen because that just endows it with a reality it does not have. Simply see reactions for what they are; old habits, programming, or the presence of some impersonal collective belief without reality or law to sustain it floating to you. Give reactions and unwanted thoughts no power and simply say to them; “Oh, you again…”

You are in the process of building a new foundation, one not built on sand but one made from realities held permanently in place by Divine Law and governed by love. But it is a process. Allow old programming regardless of how familiar or comfortable to fall away when the time for it to happen knowing that it will be replaced in higher and better form. You may be tempted to indulge in regret as you recall mistakes and errors made while struggling to follow the programmed path you were taught to follow but simply allow this old energy blow through allowing it nothing to cling to.

You are ready to align with the realities of your Real Self rather than with the false sense of self that you believed you were . You may find yourself being judged by others for stepping out of the commonly accepted “box” but know that your desire to do so comes from and is being guided by your Higher Self, the real you always leading you to standing on your own two feet next to the masters, rather than at their feet.

You would not be reading or even understanding these messages if you weren’t ready to be who you really are. It is a process, a journey but you have everything you need to do it.

Allow the process in the realization that;
God alone is power, reality, law, cause, and effect.
