My dear friends, we love you so very much,

One of the questions we hear most often in heaven is, "Why do bad things happen to good people?" "Why do God and the angels not intervene and save people from the cruelty of others?" "Why does God not destroy those who wish to destroy others?"

These are questions worth asking because the answer will carry you beyond the world of your conditioning and into the energetic reality that governs how your universe operates.

You projected yourselves into your 3D reality because you wanted the adventure of creation. You were eager to immerse yourself in the vast diversity of life on earth. You knew that as you witnessed different things, behaviors, people, and situations, you would be inspired to create—through your focus and tuning—as never before. You knew you would call love from the intangible realms into this reality and, therefore, be part of the continuing creation of this reality. You were eager. You knew you'd have free will. Even if you chose parents who would catalyze great growth, you knew you had the free will to think what you wanted to think, focus on what you wanted to focus on, and, therefore, empower different realities.

In your 3D world, babies appear helpless. They are not yet mobile, verbal, or able to care for themselves. However, in the energetic reality, these brilliant souls are already emitting vibration, engendering reactions from life around them, and pointing their powerful love at what they wish to experience.

This begs the question, "Why are some babies born sick?" "Why are some born into unthinkable wars?" From the 3D perspective, this seems unjust, but the universe operates in a vibrational dance. Vibration does not punish and reward as you do in your human reality—vibration matches or not. A radio tuned to FM does not punish the AM signals by ignoring them. It simply cannot receive the differing signal due to its very nature. It can focus only on FM wavelengths.

So, too, there is a focus of energy in these souls coming to earth that will influence their family of origin, their circumstances, and, therefore, the experiences that transpire. The minute a soul incarnates in a physical body, they begin to emit vibration and attract what is a match. If they are born into a fearful family, it will take a great deal of focus from their soul not to fall into fear and experience fearful circumstances. They know this before they are born.

There are those among you who go to the gym to lift heavy weights. This is neither easy nor pleasant at times. However, these souls have a strong desire to become very, very strong, so the temporary pain is worth the gain to them. One could lift very gradually over a long period of time and become strong. One could visualize lifting in great detail and become strong. One could become a mother and become strong carrying their child! One could live their entire comfortably and never care about being physically strong. Each one of you would choose a different path—neither right nor wrong, simply different.

This analogy applies to souls coming to earth. Suppose you wish to create an unshakable focus on the security of God. In that case, you might choose a faithful family who acts as a role model. If you tend to worry and fret no matter what, you might face that tendency head-on by choosing a fearful family that would mirror that back and present a strong incentive for you to be different. If you wish to create more self-love, you might choose a family in which you see others love and care for themselves and follow those role models, or if you have a tendency to be hard on yourself, you might incarnate into a family that mirrors that until you, yourself, choose to remove your attention from the unloving and love yourself.

Sometimes, these souls are little angels who incarnate into families, knowing they will die with them, just to help guide the loved ones into the light. Sometimes, they go through the unthinkable to inspire compassion in the millions who will see their story on the news. Sometimes children come in with an illness as teachers weathering their challenges with amazing grace and inspiring all around them.

While immersed in 3D reality, it is difficult to understand that the eternal dance is more important to the soul than a possible, temporary experience of pain or challenge. Nonetheless, you are eternal souls. Some of you embraced challenges willingly as part of your pre-birth plans, and some of you embrace challenges that result from simply focusing too often on vibrations less than loving, that don't feel good, to begin with.

This is why we teach, preach, and enjoin you to care about your feelings and choose thoughts that feel good. You experience more love, grace, and ease as you reach for the loving vibrations. Even if you came in determined to put yourself through challenges to incentivize the reach for love, you don't have to continue on that path. You can reach for love now and shift out of those challenges.

The Divine gave you free will. Your angels must honor that. A parent could lock their child up in paradise to ensure a smooth and easy journey on earth, but the child would rebel. The child wants to experience life, make decisions, and expand. Likewise, the Divine could plant you in paradise, and for a while, you'd love it, but then you'd become bored. You'd want new experiences. You'd want choices and challenges. Would a child want a parent who gives them only a limited range of "safe choices?" Many of your parents tried! Did you appreciate it or seek your freedom to experience all of life?

Dear ones, life, within you and all beings and even universes, seeks expansion and growth. The Divine, your angels and soul who can truly love on earth, allows you the free will to make your own choices and experience your own outcomes. If you reach for help, we, your angels, can respond to all the loving vibrations in that request. To the degree you fear, you cannot hear. To the degree you hate, you make yourself wait for that love. To the degree you choose to look away from the pain and find the beauty in each moment, you open like a flower to eternal sunshine, love, assistance, and grace. It is always there.

So, "Why do bad things happen to good people?" You would have to examine each case individually for a specific answer, but the general answer is simple in all cases. Either they are open to the love flowing in each moment that can help them through even their chosen challenges, or they are not. Perfectly good people are hard on themselves and pinch off the flow of love, creating illness. Amazing earth angels feel they must martyr themselves instead of caring for themselves and often become silently bitter about it, thus pinching off love. Amazingly generous souls often ignore their warning signs and forge ahead with their giving even when it ceases to feel good.

We are not encouraging you to leave behind the love and goodness in your heart but rather to pay attention. When things feel good, in that moment, they are good. When they start to feel differently, make different choices. Good things happen to match good vibrations. Bad things happen when good vibrations have been sufficiently pinched off.

What you experience has nothing to do with your value or worth because you are already precious, already worthy, already encouraged by the Divine and your angels to choose a path that gives you joy.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Everything you have manifested in your life, intentionally or not, can be turned into something good. Even the most unwanted situations you have inadvertently allowed or attracted can be changed for your benefit. The fertilizer can grow roses. The illness can lead to an enhanced quality of life in the future, or bliss beyond reason in heaven. The ugliest relationship you've ever experienced can drive you more deeply into self-love. The death of a loved one can catalyze an entire spiritual journey and your own awakening to mystical abilities.

Did you create this unpleasantness to catalyze your growth and lessons? Not really, dear ones. While there are cases when you and other souls decide to help each other grow in some tough ways, God never plunges you into darkness so you can find the light. The angels never guide you into challenging situations so you can find your strength. You—by your decisions to dance with other souls—and by your vibration attract and allow vibrational matches. It is that simple in concept. In reality, your most challenging job is bypassing old conditioning, which teaches you to act first. As you learn to shift your vibration first, your life will continue to progress with ever-increasing ease.

Suppose you want a relationship. You feel desperate. You've wanted one for some time, and they're not here! You're emanating frustration, fear, doubt, and lack. You don't realize that you've tuned into the exact opposite of all you desire much of the time, and so, in your frustration, you join an online dating site and begin the hunt. At best, you will attract no one. You'll more likely attract others in a similarly frustrated space who want you to make them feel better. You found vibrational matches. Despite current frustrations, you can shift your vibration and turn this to good. You can tune back into love more consistently, focus on the delicious anticipation of the love you want to share, and, in so doing, change everything.

Likewise, suppose that after years of stuffing feelings, criticizing yourself, or feeling upset, you develop an illness. You weren't given this illness to develop strength or to heal and help others. You just pinched off the love that was trying to flow to you on numerous small occasions, eventually taking a toll on the body. It is much the same as if you cut off the water to your plants a thousand times a day, and eventually, it begins to wither. However, here is the good news. You can change your vibration to one of love; in that frequency, even the most serious illnesses can shift into a profoundly beautiful reality.

A more difficult scenario is when someone you love dies or is going through a hard time. You didn't create their reality. You can't uncreate it for them. You came together in a mutual vibration of love and a desire for expansion and growth. Each of you has chosen—consciously or not—to attune to different realities and, therefore, create different outcomes. You don't control their vibration or their choices, and they do not control yours.

So here you are, drawn together by love and a desire for expansion. Suppose you have tuned to love and created an easier path. Perhaps they were so hard on themselves that the only way to expand was to leave this brain and body behind and return to the glory of their soul. Perhaps they decided before birth to leave early and catalyze expansion for all. You have both grown. You have both expanded. You both love. But as a human being, you hurt. You miss them. We understand.

Even this, dear ones, can be turned into good, gently, slowly, and organically. The more you can shift away from the unpleasant emotions by focusing instead on how much you love, how magnificent your love is, and how deeply you care—the more you will feel your connection with your dear ones in spirit. If you can appreciate the love in your own heart, you will feel their love for you. Likewise, when you have a friend or family member who is suffering, focus on your love, their light, and all that is good in life. You will become a strong, positive, energetic influence if you can do this. Your influence does not come from words or deeds but rather from you being in a space of confident belief in their goodness and eventual success. You become a tuning fork for their benefit.

No matter how good or how challenging your life, tuning to love will shift reality and turn even the most difficult situation into good. Care about yourselves enough to reach for what feels better—one thought at a time—and in so "being," you will create more good than all the "doing" in the world can do for you.

Riding Life's Ups and Downs | The Angels via Ann Albers

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

If you've ever been on a Ferris wheel, you know you will go up and down often quite a few times. You expect these cycles, and you enjoy the whole ride. Likewise, for those of you who like roller coasters, you know you'll go up and down, up and down, up and down. You enjoy the ride. You don't worry about flying up uncontrollably or crashing at the bottom.

In life, however, you have been conditioned very differently. You have been trained to feel wonderful in your up-cycles and not so great in your down-cycles. When your money is increasing or stable, you feel good. When your relationships are blooming or stable, you feel good. When your world seems to be on an "upswing" or stable, you feel good. When things aren't so easy you don't feel so great. You can learn to find good even in the down-cycles, always knowing that an up-cycle is sure to follow if you allow yourself to enjoy the ride.

As we've often said, you do not have to participate in the world's down-cycles. You don't have to fall into despair about the economy if you tune into God's economy, which is always abundant. You don't have to worry about the odds of something terrible happening. You'll have God's odds if you reach for better feelings often! You don't have to feel devastated when someone leaves your life, although in the case of death, grieving is a very normal part of your culture. Instead, you can allow for your feelings, and then allow the normal and natural force of life within to slowly beckon you toward a kinder and happier reality once again.

Love beckons incessantly, so no matter what has inspired or caused a down-cycle, love is waiting to bring you back up. If you've lost money, counting your blessings and being grateful for the abundance within may be the first step on your up-cycle.

If someone has triggered hurt feelings, sometimes anger or upset is the first step on your up-cycle as you search for ways to feel powerful again instead of victimized.

If you've been ill, taking time to care for yourself and relax may be the first step on your up-cycle.

There is a human tendency to want a quick fix when things get tough, and we do understand this. Of course, you want to feel better! However, as we often say through this channel in sessions, "Slower is faster." Focus on the small steps you can take to shift your vibration. Reach for a better feeling. Take a little time to be grateful for what is working. Your kinder, more soothing thoughts will shift your vibration, and little by little, you'll have an easier time maintaining the vibration you want life to match.

You can turn nearly anything around, dear ones, unless you've decided you can't. You can't change the whole world. You can't change the decisions and experiences of others to make yourself more comfortable. However, you can always tend to your own thoughts, your own feelings, and your own vibration. In doing so, you become the one who navigates and steers the direction of your own cycles.

Your down-cycles are not necessary for your growth. God doesn't ever test you. Although you do grow through adversity, you can grow by simply acknowledging your heart and reaching for what feels better and inspires you. You can grow joyfully once you learn to stop resisting your very own heart.

Meanwhile, take the tiny steps to move into an up-cycle if you are down. And if you are already up, revel in it. You need not go down. If you do, remind yourself that it is just a matter of finding a better feeling to start yourself back up again.

All of humanity is right now moving very positively toward the collective awakening, so celebration and joy are totally appropriate as you become aware of more and more positive indications that this is happening. It is an unstoppable process that has been divinely created to direct you toward the Love path that will assist you greatly in strengthening your faith. Faith that God’s Will for all of His most wondrous creation is that they live in peace, harmony, and joy in every moment of their eternal and most glorious existence. You are all glorious beings, and your existence is a glorious expression of the Love in which Mother/Father/God holds you in Their eternal and divine embrace.

You have never left this state, it is the only state that exists, but by your individual free will choices you are presently experiencing the totally unreal state of separation from your Source, which you constructed eons ago i.e. just a moment ago! This experience is now coming rapidly to its end because you have collectively chosen to terminate it now, as you knew you would eventually choose to do when you constructed it seemingly such a very long time ago.

The time for the unreal, the pretense expression of separation, of unworthiness, of sinfulness, of judgment, conflict and fear is over. Awareness is growing very rapidly that there is no judgment and no punishment, Mother/Father/God/Source/infinite Wisdom loves all of Her divine creation intimately and passionately with a LOVE that is totally beyond your human comprehension because It is infinitely vast and infinitely inclusive, and because It is ONE. Within the One all of creation exists in perfect harmony with Itself, expressing Itself in infinite individual articulations of Its most glorious Self. What an inconceivably uplifting, inspiring, exhilarating, and jubilant state in which to eternally participate – Oneness with our Source – the constant and unending outpouring of LOVE. All that Is recognizing and honoring Herself in each and everyone, and in every moment, now and always.

You can experience the joy and the bliss of this right now if you will go deep within yourselves, quieten the egoic thought processes that seem to arise and flow continuously and vociferously through your minds, filling them with “what if scenarios” that are extremely unlikely to occur. Having quietened into that deep state of peace, that is always with you, that is always available to you, invite God to fill your hearts with the knowing of Him, and the awareness of the Love with which He is embracing you, and allow – this is essential – allow yourselves to feel His Presence. It will be brief, because your physical forms were not made to hold such intense energy, but it will be astonishingly powerful, and utterly unforgettable, any doubts you may have about the existence of God will be gone, permanently, as you come to truly know yourselves as the magnificent divine beings that you are. And that can never change.What God creates is eternal and unchanging in its magnificence and glory. And He created You!

You are incarnate now to remember who you are – by awakening – and to assist the human collective to awaken. That awakening has occurred already! Humanity has just chosen to remain temporarily unaware of Reality. Your task, as a human in form at this most uplifting juncture in humanity’s remembering of itself as One, is to encourage and intensify the sense that is arising in others that there is no way that life can ever be terminated, because it makes no sense. The realization that human death is but a transition is becoming clear. And the majority of you are incarnate here right now to just BE! Just being, being the LOVE that you are, and freely and constantly acknowledging this divine truth by living it is the pre-incarnational task that you set yourselves.

There is no need to tell people what you have realized, even though it may well be an amazing experience for you, all that you have to do is live from your hearts. This allows love to flow through you far more powerfully and intensely than it did before you came to this wonderful realization of the complete and utter impossibility of you ever, for even a moment, being separated from Source. By holding the intent to live lovingly in every moment you allow the light within you to shine forth ever more brilliantly, so that it bathes everyone with whom you interact in even the briefest and seemingly most insignificant manner in the Love of divine Oneness that each and every one of you is and have been without interruption ever since the moment of your creation.

You are all here to BE! Yes, I am repeating myself because it is absolutely essential that you come to the acceptance of your true nature as perfect and beloved children of God. Any sense of sinfulness, unworthiness, of needing to be holier, more spiritual, more like the saints and mystics you have learned about and honored throughout your lives, before you can even think of approaching God is totally invalid. As you have been told time and time again, you are the eternally beloved children of God – THE ETERNALLY BELOVED CHILDREN OF GOD! That has never changed and can never change. Therefore HONOR YOURSELVES as God does! Until you start allowing yourselves to do this you cannot truly honor others, those with whom you are indeed ONE!

KNOW that you are loved. Relax into that knowing, accept the truth of it, and then as you maintain the intent to live lovingly in every moment, your energy field of love, as you live your human lives, expands massively to embrace everyone you know, everyone you think of, everyone you interact with, thus further empowering the collective awakening process. You chose to be incarnate now to do this, and you are doing it. However, by paying attention, by being mindful that you are extending and sharing the love that you are you most beautifully intensify the collective awakening process. And THIS is what is needed right now. Trust the power of Love that flows through you constantly, and allow It to guide you in every moment of your most mindfully lived day.

Your surroundings, which are holographic images, will be replaced in the near future with high vibrational energies on New Earth. Many of you, who are still asleep, will leave their physical bodies and end up somewhere else similar to 3D Earth to finish up their awaking and transformation.

Right now, your planet is transitioning to get rid of 3D’s shell. All plans made 20 years ago or longer are not suitable anymore. Your evolution got stagnant for a while, and it took longer, then it was expected to move to the next phase. Recently, the Galactic Council of New Earth during their meeting discussed about upcoming events, which will speed up the metamorphosis. More humans are going to get awake during unexpected occurrences. There are floating around numerous scenarios, how these changes are going to elevate on Earth. The newest plan has been not disclosed to humankind to keep the Dark Souls guessing.

The ones, who are ready to ascend, don’t need to take anything with them from Matrix including money. Nobody uses money in high dimensional realms. If you plan to use the base and the tools from low dimensional 3D to create new 5D Earth, it will never work. Ascended Masters, Supreme Father, Prime Creator, Buddha and other Light Beings mentioned in their messages, that this process has been never done before like ascending with physical bodies.

Humanity have been living in duality for a very longtime and forgot, who you really are. Your memories will come back, when you are ready to accept them. Everyone needs to release old attachments like ego, hate, judgment, distrust and etc. You can’t ascend, if you are constantly entertaining negative emotions. We are here inviting you to acknowledge who you are and to begin to step into your mastery.  We continue to offer you simple ways to shift energy throughout the day; again we remind you that gratitude and laughter are powerful tools to shift energy.

This practice is most important because as you begin to shift your vibrational offerings, this shift allows you to begin to move into different dimensions. Remember that the dimensions are nested levels of vibrations of energy and consciousness.

We are inviting you to practice ways of riding these intense energy waves that are being generated from the stars. All are watching and observing your planet and the skillful aware manner that you manage frequency, energy and vibrations. This is your time to shine. This is your time to own the ability to move from one dimension to another with ease, grace and skill.

Remember that you are first a divine energy being and that divine energy is what animates and creates your physical form. 

Everything you experience as solid and “real” are vibrations of energy, held or locked in place by belief systems. If for a moment you could set aside all the mental programs about your reality, you would experience an entirely different perspective of what you call reality. Practice letting go of your perceived ideas of what is real. Practice asking yourself often, what am I creating with my energy, vibrations, thoughts right now? 

Make it a conscious practice of shifting or pivoting from a low vibration/frequency of worry, stress, fear or anger into one that is gentler and uplifting.  Practice turning up your volume so to speak to one of loving kindness and grace. Each time you shift to offering a higher vibration/frequency you are capable of moving to a higher dimension.  Become aware of these subtle shifts in your awareness. 

In the holograph of the corridor of time your sages and wise ones have all spoken of the ability to shift from one dimension to another or one state of awareness to another. They have offered suggestions of prayer, meditation, fasting…the shamans and mystics have offered mind altering herbs and ceremonies of dance, drums or sounds to bring a shift of consciousness. There are scores of methods, pathways and tools that have been offered to humanity throughout your history.

All these suggestions and techniques are for the important purpose of shifting your awareness to understand that the world you view is only one small perspective of the whole. There are levels and dimensions and timeframes in which an aware individual can experience and, so to speak, ‘travel’. This is our invitation to you.

Let us give you this example; imagine a young child is raised in a small house, all their needs are met. They are happy and their entire world that they consciously know is that small house. They become an adult yet never venture out of the small house, believing that the space of the small house is all that exists. Their parents only know and see the small house as reality. They are taught nothing more. Everything they experience, all their beliefs and mental programs tell them that reality is this one small house. As long as they do not believe, they cannot see a different reality. 

Imagine now that something happens and they are shocked out of their stance and beliefs. They briefly catch a glimpse of a bigger reality beyond the small house. This is the beginning of expanded awareness. They are shocked, even amazed.  They might even question their own beliefs; perhaps there is more than the small house. They even share with others about this new reality that they have seen. Everyone invalidates them, shames them, even mocks them. They begin to doubt what they experienced. 

This is what is happening on your planet right now in a big way. People are being shocked out of their stance of what’s real. When no one believes them, they doubt their own experience. It then becomes frightening, it is fearful and they have a tendency to run back into the small house rather than explore the new reality.

Another example here, you have the television in your home; even though it is turned off at this time you could simply activate it and there would be a program or news or movie. There are various selections and offerings here to view, different realities so to speak.

Imagine all the assembled electronic equipment called TV, is much like your brain. You can switch the channels, you can find a memory of the past which invokes emotions or you can review a channel of your worries or you can envision and get a sense of your possible futures.

Yet you are still in the small house, or you are still in the box of the TV. You are still in your small mind; you are still in your beliefs about this limited reality.

We are encouraging you to step out the door and embrace the countless realities that are only a frequency/a vibration away. Allow yourself to imagine traveling to the stars. Allow yourself to imagine being a tree, a rock, or some animal, what might that feel like. Allow yourself to see energy in its different forms without an overlay of your beliefs. Allow yourself. It is a practice. It is an intention. Allow your imagination to be free.

There is much assistance being given at this time to awaken humanity to the rich tapestry of multi-realities. It is a bigger playground…a freer playground. It is riding the energy flow, it is reading the energy signature of the moment. 

It is opening the door to all possibilities and stepping into an awesome new awareness of being unlimited. As a multidimensional being and a galactic citizen, now think of the size of your playground. 

As you increase your personal vibration and frequency you operate at a higher resonance. This invites the expanded reality; the bigger playground is open to you. Balance, laughter, joy, gratitude and appreciation are vibrational tickets that allow you to ride into realities of wonder and awe.  Balance, laughter, joy, gratitude and appreciation are vibrational tickets that allow you to move from one dimension to another. My dear friends, we love you so very much,

In your hearts dear ones, there is a bridge between heaven and earth. In fact, you are a bridge. You are an embodiment of the Divine experiencing a human reality. You are pure consciousness taking a beautiful form, interacting with consciousness in other forms, and creating new forms.

It is easy at times to wonder about your value upon this earth and yet we reassure you that there is not a moment in your life or even a breath that is wasted. In every moment, you have tremendous value. In every moment, you are part of the unfolding creation. In every moment you are either adding to the vibration of love on the planet or calling for more. It is through your willingness to be upon the earth, to experience diversity and contrast, and to desire more, that you become creators within creation.

It is through your free will that you expand the love that you, we, and the Divine collectively are. It is through your willingness to experience the contrasting environment of this earthly world, that you create ideas and dreams for the better. Whether you dream of a new job, a new home, a new car, a better haircut, or a better world, each one of you is expanding creation. Each one of you is taking the raw stuff of love and molding it into something new. Even within your complaints are hidden desires for more love.

Although you might not think of yourself as doing something so magnificent and important as expanding the created universe, you are doing just that.

There is value in every situation. The things you don't like motivate you to reach for better thoughts, better ideas, and better experiences. The challenges motivate you to create solutions. The difficult relationships challenge you to love yourselves more. The conditions you do not like inspire you to find ways to create new conditions that you do.

Just as a seed buried in the ground reaches for light, grows, and produces more seeds, and as well, stronger seeds, all of life is expanding, growing, adapting, and creating. So are you!

You may think to yourself, "Well I'm not creating much. I get up, brush my teeth, eat, go to work, come home, eat, watch TV, and go to bed. I repeat that every day! How is that creating?" We want to assure you dear ones that with every single desire you have, whether it is for a better experience in traffic, kinder drivers, more time to relax, your dreams of a vacation, you desire for kind interactions with co-workers or even your desire for a better breakfast, you are creating.

When you conceive of an idea that is born of love or have a desire for better – whether it be a better you, a better life, a better way to do something, or a better world – you are building an energetic "blueprint" for better and setting up streams of consciousness that will guide you right to it! You are the engineers of your 3D reality and it is through the 5D mechanisms of energy that you create. Each time you create such a "blueprint" you are expanding creation. You are allowing more love to flow through you and into the reality between the formless and the form. You are taking pure love, using your thoughts to mold patterns of energy, and in time allowing this energy to create form.

The step most of you are most interested in is not the formation of blueprints, but rather watching the energetic "blueprint" turn into form, or in plain terms, watching the things you have dreamed about show up in your lives! It is far simpler than you might think. You don't have to focus obsessively, once a pure desire has been born. You can't "bully" the universe into "giving" you what you want. Begging, pleading, supplicating, bargaining –  while all very human ways to get what you want – have little impact on your creations other than to block yourself from receiving them because all of these behaviors are simply a lack of faith in one way or another.

Instead, dream your dreams. When you think of them look forward to them with great anticipation. Love your dreams. Love the thought of them. Love the idea of seeing them come true. Imagine the feeling of having your desires fulfilled. Luxuriate in anticipation.

Stop worrying about how they will reach you, when they will reach you, if they will reach you. The less you worry and the more you simply trust that once you have had a desire born of love, patterns of light and energy have been formed into its blueprint, and streams of grace have been set up to guide you. Get out of God's way with fear, doubt, and reason that says you can't have what you want. Enjoy the journey. Your only job is to stay in a high vibration which allows you to perceive and receive.

If enough of you dream of a better world – and you are – a better world will eventually manifest in front of you. If you dream of a healthy world, a world where you enjoy your freedom, a world of peace and tolerance, and allow yourselves to love that thought, feel that thought, and expect that reality, then in time you will see it come to pass – first in your own lives and then in a larger scale.

Beneath your worry; beneath your fear; beneath your upset, frustration, jealousy, resignation, and anger, we see only your desires for love creating beautiful blueprints for the future. To the degree you enjoy your lives and stay in a high vibration you allow these blueprints to take form. To the degree you stay focused on lower vibrations you block them or slow them down.

With every loving daydream, every loving thought, every loving idea, and every loving wish for better, even if that love is buried deep beneath a painful complaint, you are creating patterns of light and energy, that will, if you allow them to turn into the things, situations, and wonderful world you desire. With each loving desire, you have expanded the universe, molding the formless love, into form.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Imagine that you are with the love of your life, whether you are or not. It might be a partner, a child, a beloved pet, or anyone – real or imagined – that you can bring to mind in this instant. Imagine now how you would treat this individual. How would you greet them every morning? What would you love to do for them? How would you encourage them? How would you soothe them when they were feeling down?

Can you treat yourselves this way?

For just a day imagine you are the love of your life. Get up and greet yourself as you would greet one you love. Talk to yourself all day as you would talk to the one you love. Soothe yourself when you are upset or down like you would soothe a dear one or a beloved child. Be kind to yourself. Do the little things for yourself that you would want to do for another.

Rather than focusing on what others would do for you, focus on what you would do for others, and then challenge yourself to do that for yourself. Every day, challenge yourself to do just one thing that you would easily and joyfully do for another. It can be a compliment. It can be setting a nice plate out for your breakfast. It can be treating yourself to a little pampering as if you were going on a date and wanted to be at your best. It can be sitting down with a warm blanket wrapped around you while you cry and telling yourself, "It's OK honey. God loves you. It's going to be OK."

If you could treat yourselves for even an hour like the love of your life then you – dear beloved Divine soul –  would be making a vibrational statement to the universe that says, "I am worthy of love! I am worthy of being treated kindly! I am worthy of respect, nurturing, pampering, soothing, and uplifting! I am worthy because I exist."

Your words might say this now. You might say vehemently, "OF course I'm worthy!" and indeed we agree! You are. But do you believe it? Can you treat yourself this way? Can you bask in the beauty of a compliment with total delight? Can you do something for your own joy without having to share it with another? Of course, we love when you share your joy with others, but for some of you, this exercise would be just the thing to expand the envelope of your own vibration of worthiness.

We want for you all that you want for you. We are always sending you love. We are always guiding you along the easiest and most joyful path. We are always vibrationally beckoning you towards that which you seek. In a vibration of loving self and treating yourself kindly, you will hear us more clearly, you will believe you are worthy of the opportunities that come your way, and you won't waste your time on those that treat you unkindly. You'll feel too good to drain your own by getting upset.

With just a few days of treating yourself like the love of your life, you'd start to feel worthy of more love. You wouldn't have to chase it, demand it, or earn it. You'd be treating yourself the way you want to be treated and you'd get a kinder echo back from the world. You don't need to defend your right to receive love. You don't need to demand it. You don't need to earn it. You simply need to start loving yourselves a bit more consistently – without guilt, without criteria, without any reason whatsoever except for one... You exist. Therefore you are worthy of love... starting with your own.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

We would wish for each of you to love yourself without condition. We would love for you to look in the mirror each morning and see the Presence of the loving Divine. We would sing for joy if you could build yourselves up when talking to self or others, rather than casually putting yourselves down.

We know you feel good about yourselves at times. We also see how easily so many you find fault with yourselves.

In the heavens, we see only your perfection. We see only your light. We beat witness to all you do that is kind and loving, and when you are having a less-than-loving moment, we see only the love beneath that is trying to emerge. We see you in your pure potential – a soul enlivened, healthy, happy, expressed, and in awe of oneself. We know you have many challenges. We know you don't always feel good about yourselves. We choose to feel good about you anyway. We choose to love what you love and support what you dream. We choose, dear ones, always to acknowledge and love the light within ourselves and within you. Before you focused your consciousness into your earthly reality, you did the same.

Little children, before they are conditioned, know self-love very well. They are proud of their "accomplishments" as well as their so-called "failures." They know – wise souls that they are –  that this life is a glorious dance of experience. They show you their art, whether they've colored inside the lines or not. Some revel in the messes they make with dirt or dinner. They fall, look around, and get up laughing, or have a good cry and move on. They show you their owies, their bandaids, and even their casts very proudly. You would never catch a child saying, "I look fat. I look ugly." They have no such notion before they learn it. They observe themselves in a mirror with fascination. They would never tell you they are stupid. They proudly tell you about all they've learned. They tell you all they are doing right. They do not judge, criticize, or find fault with themselves until others teach them to do so. They have no problems interrupting you in their zeal and passion to share life's joy, or in their requests when they feel need. They are neither arrogant nor vain. They are perfect and they know it.

While it would be easy to blame those who taught you not to love yourselves, it is wiser, more empowering, and certainly kinder to yourself to say, "I may have been trained out of self-love at an early age, but now I remember! The Creator of universes loves me! My angels love me. I am cherished! Revered! Adored! Perhaps I could treat myself more kindly. Perhaps I could acknowledge the goodness, truth, beauty, and light within. Perhaps I could stop blaming my parents, teachers, ex's and take ownership of who I am and how I choose to see myself in this present moment." Then choose to value yourself. Choose to acknowledge your light. Choose to love your ever-beating heart and brilliant mind. Choose. Your free will is your greatest gift. You can choose to see yourselves as the Divine does, or choose to see yourselves through the eyes of those who forgot how to love themselves.

We know it is hard to love yourself when others don't. We understand that it is hard to be kind to yourself when others won't. We know you have endured thousands to millions of less-than-loving interchanges throughout a lifetime – ranging from horrific abuse to unkind judgments, to being cut off in traffic.

However unthinkably bad the behavior of those around you (or even your own) nothing – nothing! – can diminish the light that you really are. Nothing and no one can rob you of the very essence of your being. Others can trigger you to forget. Others can trigger you to see yourself as less than light, less than perfect, less than pure. They can inspire you to wonder "what's wrong" with you when in reality nothing is wrong at all! You may have a harder time loving yourself when others don't, but always, you get to choose.

You can choose to love the light within you. You can choose to elevate yourself rather than put yourself down. You can choose to talk sweetly and kindly to yourself. You alone, dear ones, get to choose to acknowledge and love yourself exactly as you are. No matter who does or doesn't love you, you can choose to love yourselves.

You were not created to satisfy any criteria or pass any tests. You were not created to please others or even to make them comfortable. You were created for the joy of being you and if you are true to yourself you will shine a light for the world. You were created because the Source dreamt of a soul like you, imagined your absolute perfection, and the delightful expansion of love, and you came into being. You were created to be creators – to love yourself, your dreams, your desires, and your ideas enough to focus on them and thus, bring them into being.

Dear ones we pray for your joy! We long for your hearts to know the love that lives and breathes within you. We long for the day when you awaken to the fact that you deserve your own love, acknowledgment, validation, and your own reverence. You are magnificent beings!

Next time you look in the mirror, allow yourself to feel the incredible love that is peering out at the world through your eyes. Allow yourself to feel the love that lives within you. Wait until the judgments settle down, the self-criticisms settle down, and there is nothing but silence and presence. Then you will see who and what lives within you.

You are magnificent! You are unique. You are precious creations of love and never separate from it.

When you wash your face, you are washing the face of God. When you get dressed, you are clothing the temple of the Divine. When you work in any way you are allowing the Love that creates universes to express itself through you.

You are magnificent. We cannot say this enough.

Compared to the power that lives within you, your challenges are minuscule. Compared to the infinite, eternal, Love and Life that lives within you, the power of a virus pales by comparison. Compared to the Love and infinite compassion that lives within you, your anger and upsets seem like simple cries of pain when you feel pinched off from the experience of who you truly are.

Dear ones you are magnificent. Breathe that in. Receive it. Believe it.

Our love for you is without bounds and without end. You can sit, breathe, receive, and open to feel it at any time. What matters most, however, is that you choose to acknowledge and love the light within yourself.

Get up in the morning and say, "Good morning God, let us have a wonderful day together!" Look in the mirror and say, "Hello God, you are magnificent in this form and all forms." Congratulate yourself for every loving act or thought. Overdo this kind of self-love until it becomes a habit. For in choosing to love the light that lives and breathes within you, you open to allow the goodness, grace, and guidance, you truly deserve to flow into you life... and indeed into all manifest creation.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Take a deep breath. Relax into your deeper truth. You want to love. You want to enjoy the variety life offers and choose from it what you enjoy and what you wish to create. You want to listen to your God-given inner compass and do what feels right to you. You never intended to be at odds with one another. You don't truly want to fight over vaccines, viruses, variants, or a variety of other topics. You want to love.

There is no need to argue or defend your right to be. There's never a need to defend or justify your choices. Simply say to yourself right here, right now, "I give myself permission to be me. I give myself permission to listen to my own inner compass. I give myself permission to choose the vibrations I wish to call into my life. I give myself permission to be the beautiful soul God made me to be. I love the light within me. I give the light within permission to guide me, guard me, and live joyously within me. I grant myself the right to be me."

We know many of you feel your freedoms are being taken away and to a certain degree, temporarily there are many 3D restrictions. However, in the fifth-dimensional understandings of reality, you are always and eternally free.

For example, suppose you don't want the vaccine and you are required to get one in order to keep your job. As always you have a choice. You want employment. You want to be well. You want to avoid anything you don't resonate with. So what do you do with these seemingly conflicting desires? In 3D it might seem that you have two less-than-desirable choices. In 5D there is one important choice... Will you attune your vibration to what you want?

You can manifest a new job by focusing on what it would feel like to find one that matches your ideals and perspectives, and then eagerly anticipate the change. You can imagine how it will feel to be among a wonderful group of people, with an increased salary, in a job you love. This requires a willingness to attune to the vibration of what you want. Alternately, you can choose to have the vaccine – to see it as light going into light, intending strongly that you will take in only those frequencies that support your well-being and simply release the rest. This requires a willingness to attune to the vibration of what you want. As you see, you have put yourself in a position where you must, in either case, learn to attune yourself to the vibration of what you want.

You have put yourself in this position to grow beyond 3D limitations and into 5D freedom. Your soul wants this growth. Your soul wants you to step into this greater vibrational freedom, and when you find it, you will have everything you want... well-being, a job you love, and best of all the knowledge that you can create freely no matter what.

Dear ones you are always encouraged to express your truth with love when you desire to be heard, but there is never a need to justify or defend your point of view. You are who you are, and that is perfect, pure, profound LIGHT having an experience as a human being!

Say to yourself often, "I am who I am. I accept myself. I accept my beliefs, opinions, and perspectives at this moment. They are the filters through which I experience life. If they serve my joy I will keep them. If they don't I will try on new ones. I am who I am and who I am is infinite light, infinite love, infinite possibility having an experience as a human being. I am free to be me!"

You would be surprised if you really paid attention to how many times a day you justify or defend your perspectives and choices... often to yourselves! Try it one day. Catch yourself explaining why it is OK to be you. Listen to your self-talk. "Uh oh, I accidentally cut that person off in traffic. If so and so hadn't called I wouldn't be rushing and running late." It may be true, but you don't have to justify yourself. Or, "I shouldn't have spent so much on that, but I work hard! I deserve it!" Of course, you do... but you don't have to defend your choices. You might recall a discussion with someone you found disagreeable and have entire conversations defending yourself in your own mind! We know you want to be understood, but this is actually not the best way to go about it.

If you like, you can try a very simple exercise. When you catch yourself defending a choice or action, or being defensive in conversation, stop. Tell yourself. "This is my choice and this is OK. This is my perspective and this is OK." In conversation, you can say, "This is my belief or my choice, and I'm OK with it. I'm OK if you don't agree. I know what's right for me and trust you know what's right for you." We know it may appear that we're oversimplifying things, but honesty is simple. Authenticity is simple. Choosing to be OK with you is much simpler than defending, justifying, and arguing with anyone, including yourself!

Dear ones, defense and justification come from insecurity, whereas true power comes from choosing to accept yourself. Accept your choices and, if you don't like the outcome, make new ones. Accept your beliefs. If they don't make you happy, create new ones. Accept everything within you because in this moment, you are enough. You are OK. You are right for you right here and right now because who you are right now is supporting your growth and expansion. Who you are right now is a launching pad for who you want to be in the next moment.

There is never a need to defend your choices, perspectives, beliefs, or opinions. There is never a need for anyone else to agree. If someone attacks you, have compassion for them, for only the insecure attack. If someone tries to push their opinion upon you, have compassion for they're not comfortable with themselves enough yet to give up the need for agreement.

Your world was never intended to be a world of agreement. The body and every ecosystem on your planet work miraculously well when each cell, individual, or species simply allows themselves to be themselves. The heart cell doesn't justify itself to the bone. The lions don't justify themselves to the cheetah's and the cheetahs don't defend their right to be. The lion comes and they run. The heart cells form soft tissue, and the bones form a firm structure.

Each individual in all of creation has its own design, its own inner compass, and its own right to be. So do you. So does everyone else. Accept yourself as you and grant yourself permission to be you – pure, precious, powerful light having an experience that you yourself carve out with your unique and beautiful choices, beliefs, opinions, and perspectives. You are perfect as you are here and now, even as you expand into greater understanding.

I loved to create new things not seen by anyone. I was fortunate to be able to connect to the Universal Consciousness during my lifetime on Earth.

Today, I want to inform humanity about their hidden potentials within them, and it’s time to open them. You have concealed endless possibilities and gifts inside you, which never have been unlocked.

I want to speak to you about the codes that I discovered during my physical presence on Mother Gaia. Many of you have been fascinated with my 3, 6, and 9 numbers, and what is the meaning of them. The human bodies are encoded with numbers, and your brain constantly brings to your attention certain numbers, and you think that they are just a nuisance and disregard them.

For example, the numbers 3, 6, and 9 can help you in manifesting things in your life. Don’t be afraid to open yourself to see these symbols as a direct connection to the Cosmos. The digits carry spiritual energy in them, right now it’s not important how they work and how to use them. Just please, welcome them in your life and let them flow around and through you.

Your bodies have specific codes, which are going to unlock your hidden strengths and gifts. If you want to know the secrets of the Cosmos, then think energy, frequency and vibration. The structures, buildings and roads would deteriorate as soon as life would stop existing on Mother Earth. You are the driving power, what keeps everything moving around you.

You don’t know your full potential yet, the digits are going to activate DNA strands and your genius. The mankind never in their existence used their full potential and they don’t even know what that means. Humanity has always been suppressed, so they just existed and nothing else.

I am here to tell everyone that your limitations are coming to an end, same like this illusionary reality of 3D. You are going to notice especially after deep meditations, that things are starting to shift, and the appearance of numbers in your life is going to multiply.

Let them continue to flow through you, and one day the meaning of them is going to be revealed to you. Just follow the process, don’t try to analyze it and stay in the Now. Thank you.
