I am Sananda. I am here at this time to continue to help you develop, help you work through all of the changes that are happening in your lives and those lives around you.

Everything that is occurring is happening exactly as it needs to. And that is what you need to come to understand, even though it does not appear so. Even though it appears to become darker and darker. It is not—it is becoming lighter and lighter. The light is shining through more and more.

This time, this awakening is all about hope. Hope eternal. Hope continues on eternally. And for those that have lost hope, they lose their lives. They become stagnant in their life. Once they have lost hope, they no longer want to continue on.

So that is why those of us, the Ascended Ones, the Galactics, and the Agarthans that are working with all of you, that is why we continue to bring these messages of hope to you, to continue to help you to rise up, rise up into the light.

Rise up into your awakening and into your ascension process. Because if you lose hope, you lose everything. You must continue on. And those around you that are losing hope, do what you can when you are able to raise their aspirations, to bring their hope back to them.

Because everything that we have been sharing with you is a part of this hope. It is a part of this continuing on, preparing you. Preparing you for this great day that we have spoken of. These great moments that will precede your ascension.

And everything that we have shared with you are promises. We have been saying for some time, ‘this is the Great Awakening.’ This is, indeed, the darkness before the dawn. But the dawn is approaching.

Even now, those of you that have the eyes to see and see that dawn approaching now, you can feel it within you. You know it. Because many of you have felt it before in other lifetimes, other planets, other galaxies. You have done this before. So you know you feel something is in the air.

Many of you say, “I feel it! I feel there is a great change coming!” And indeed there is a great change coming. Even now, as I speak to you, there is a momentous change that is about to occur. What you might call the domino that you have all been looking for is about to fall.

That first domino will lead to many more following after that. Some bigger, some smaller. They will continue on, and on to fall, until the culmination of this first wave of ascension happens. Then, of course, the waves after to follow. For you, each one of you who chooses, will be a part of bringing that next wave forward. Just as we are a part of bringing this first wave forward.

This is what you came here for, my friends, to be a part of this expression. To be the expression itself of the continuation, the momentum that is needed to continue to bring this whole process forward, this whole awakening forward.

And then, awakening, it is. Many, many, many across the planet are awakening. Not maybe as fully as you have. But they are beginning to awaken. They are beginning to wonder. They are beginning to remember themselves what they are here for, what this is all about.

And if they are not remembering, they are asking the question now, “Why am I here? What is this for? What is my mission?” Just as you all asked those questions previously in your beginning awakening process. And as they ask those questions, guess who will be there to answer them for them?

You! Each and every one of you, who are willing to be a part of the awakening expression of your neighbors, your brothers, your sisters. That is what you came here to do. That is what you volunteered for.

So as the vibrations continue to increase, as that finish line is right there in front of you, many of you can see it; if not see it, you can feel it. You know it is there.

So as The James said earlier with our prompting, feel that adrenalin push now. Feel it coming up within you. Feel the light rising within you, the Violet Flame expanding with you. Feel it all coming up and pushing you forward to reach that finish line. For it is right there in front of you. Do not shy back. Do not fall back. Move forward–inch by inch, if you have to. Keep moving your feet (figuratively speaking). Keep moving ahead. Allow that commitment that you came here for so long ago: let it push you, and push you, and push you to move to the finish.

I am Sananda. I leave you now in peace, love, harmony, joy, and oneness. And that you will continue to remember who you are throughout even the deepest darkest that might befall you. Know that even as that darkness is there, the light is right there ready to shine, and will completely illuminate all the darkness.

Ivo of Vega: Why You are Not Calm, and Why You Should be Meditating. December 28, 2020

Sharon:  Could you explain why we should be meditating. Ivo?

Ivo: Thank you, my love. You are doing fine. This will abate for you shortly. There may be another dip at New Year’s as this is another favorite satanic holiday.

Me: True.

Ivo: As for those who are living in fear, there is a way out of this. And it is easier now to procure than it ever was before. As positive energies arise, you are taking in more and more positive energy. So, when you magnify this intake while meditating, you are aligning more and more with your higher self.

The positive energies coming in are relieving you of your negative frame of mind. All that you have learned in the Matrix is being challenged by these higher energies and your guidance team.

However, you still go to work in the Matrix; you still engage with your families as in the Matrix; you watch television, Netflix and more.

All of the body’s chakras align with a gland of the endocrine system. The endocrine system has been targeted by your Frankenfood systems (adrenals, pancreas), refined sugars (pancreas and adrenal glands), chemicals (pineal, pituitary gland, thyroid gland).

You will note that the sacral chakra, which aligns with your emotional body, corresponds to the adrenal glands. This is why you can have adrenalin bursts when you experience emotions such as fear, terror, horror, and excitement. This is also the sexual chakra, and sexual excitement corresponds to the adrenals as well.

What you may already understand about the chakras, is that when they are out of balance, so is your expression of life.

There are two nervous systems within your body: one is energizing, giving you energy for fight, flight, or fleeing, and the other is calming: this helps to maintain your serenity when you may be experiencing situations that would normally upset you, such as trolls, or aggressive people, or war situations.

The first is called the Sympathetic Nervous System, and the calming aspect is called the Parasympathetic Nervous System.

Most people on earth have out of balance adrenals or sacral chakras, which indicate they have too much energy or hyper energy controlling their nervous system. You call this “stress.” When stressed your adrenals are producing too much energy and your second (sacral) chakra is not balanced or calm. If you study your extraterrestrial friends, or the masters upon earth such as Adama or St Germain, you will see they are always calm. That is the true alignment for a powerful human, not hyperactivity or stress.

The parasympathetic nervous system is aligned with the intuition. The sympathetic nervous system is aligned with the intellect. Your brain is largely divided and this has been through deliberate intervention, so that you experience predominantly your sympathetic nervous system.

Westerners learn to live life through the intellect because that is what is encouraged and what is taught to you. Your Matrix is created and set up to favour the intellect and to disregard the calming parasympathetic nervous system and intuition.

This is an off-balance life. Of course you require the use of the intellect and this is in order to do your soul’s work. Your soul has the intellect of the spiritual (Light), which is intuition to you, and this is channeled down to your mind so that your intellect can take appropriate action.

For example, Sharon was warned today as she went through the drive through that the server would mess up her order and that she was to remain calm. Despite her aggravated third-dimensional state, she complied, and remained calm when the server added items and disregarded other items.

Me: I stayed calm. I figure there’s something wrong with her headset or she’s nervous or something.

Ivo: But this information was relayed to you and you were warned to stay calm and you did.

Me: I suppose if I ever want to jump back to higher timelines, the faster way to get there is to stay calm.

Ivo: You are taught what you need to know to get to higher timelines, and when you drop back again to do transmutation work, it is best to simply use what you have learned, of course. That way you master yourself, rather than becoming a victim to the energies you are still transmuting.

Me: True.

Ivo: The intellect is supposed to be used to do the work of the higher mind in the physical. In your western world, you use the intellect alone and therefore, you end up in stress and many have adrenal burnout problems. Your endocrine glands are under attack by the dark forces because they keep the corresponding chakras out of balance, particularly the lower 4 glands: the thymus (heart), pancreas (solar plexus), adrenals (sacral) and the sex organs (root chaka).

Your entire society is created to entice you to indulge in excesses, which imbalance your chakras and produce stress in your sympathetic nervous system. On top of ignoring your calming parasympathetic nervous system, this makes for much illness and stress, where it is not necessary.

The solution is to engage your parasympathetic nervous system and to strengthen it as well. Shift your focus from stressful thinking to calming the mind. Perhaps long hot baths, other types of non-active relaxation, painting, or pleasant strolls, and most of all – meditation. Meditation strengthens the parasympathetic nervous system and the calming response.

There are many types of meditation and there are many people offering their guidance for free on your social media.

Me: Like Youtube videos.

Ivo: Yes. When your parasympathetic nervous system is activated and strong, it helps to combat the stress response that you predominate to. It helps you to stay calm during times that normally would be stressful.

It helps to strengthen your endocrine system.

When you combine meditation with a diet free of white sugar, carbohydrate, caffeine, alcohol and chemicals, your sympathetic nervous system, and the corresponding chakras get some relief from stress.

Currently there are doctors who are aware of this overactive stress response and the damage it causes to the endocrine system. They are aware of the causes of this as well. If you are interested, research “Metabolic Syndrome” and follow any advice given.

This will help to calm you during the coming year and beyond.

Ivo: My love, the body is intuitive, intelligent and self-healing. However it must be used appropriately to be allowed to heal. Your western society throws the body out of balance, and of course this is in order for you to create loosh. Relaxation is possible, even during trying times.

Forgiveness as a Way of Life, not a Solution for a Problem

Me: So I’m to forgive people before they even open their mouths?

Ivo: Forgiveness is a way of seeing the carrying out of what you have been seeing as flaws. People behave in ways you interpret as being flawed; what if they are not flaws? What your world is suffering from is ignorance and the people who are ignorant are not even the cause of this ignorance.

Ignorance is lack of Light. Your world has descended into Darkness. And for that, they should be held accountable? Yes, Karma will hold all accountable for their transgressions of universal law.

Have your people not paid enough of a price? They have been taken to the brink of destruction and have only survived by a thin margin. Some will not. They were almost made extinct due to their own low frequency. Those who came from higher realms saved the planet just by being on it and bringing in their renewing higher energies to keep the planet from destruction.

Duality was created for you to understand those of lower frequency, but to master being of higher frequency within it. That is the true meaning of duality. To be able to hold that level of integrity.

Many believe that duality is simply a system of positivity versus negativity. It is not. Unless you master it now, there is no moving on to 5D. Jesus was such a master. He held his high frequency and saw all through the eyes of love. Understanding his inherent power, he had no need to fear anyone. Fear is part of the ignorance that has been perpetrated upon you.

The fact that you have come up through the lower levels and have taken on board the ignorance of those who taught you, does not mean it cannot be cast off.

Your therapists and coaches offer many ways of dealing with these third dimensional ways of life, however your goal is to rise above it. You do not need to listen to therapists and coaches any longer. You are not in need of them when you decide to align with higher frequencies. Some still need to deal more positively with their third dimensional way of life in order to ascend it. Some do not. Some can follow the way of the Christ and accept forgiveness as a state of mind.

The way to master duality is to forgive. To forgive yourself for all your acts of ignorance, thoughts of ignorance, and to forgive others their acts of ignorance. When you do, reality changes.

Me: I guess you practice forgiveness with me, some of the things I do. LOL

Ivo: I do not see you as being flawed in any way; I see you as being of ignorance and that is not an insult. You need more Light. You are not holding enough.

Me: So how do you practice forgiveness daily?

Ivo: It would be best to establish a routine. First of all, prayer would be a good start. Meditation also works when you meditate on forgiveness as a state of mind, as a level of vibration. Ask that you be allowed to reside at this higher state of mind.

No, my love, the forgiveness prayers have it all wrong. They are about forgiving sins. You are not sinners, you are living at a frequency too low to sustain normal human life.

You do not have the environment around you that would allow you to live a normal incarnated life. With these things removed, you are off balance. That is your only sin.

Okay, can we re-write this prayer then?

Ivo: Very well.

Father, bless me with the wonderful power of forgiveness. …. that is fine.

Give me the grace to unconditionally forgive those who have done me wrong…. This is not a good part of a prayer for forgiveness because it states that people are wrongdoers. They are not. A better sentence would be:

Give me the grace to see life through your eyes of unconditional grace. … .This is a change in perception we are asking for, not a correction of the wrongdoings of ourselves and others.

Me: Aha.

Ivo:
Give me the strength to let go of all ill will…. yes, a good request.

The strength to forgive myself of my own failings… no.

Ask for: The strength to forgive my incorrect perception, perhaps.

Knowing that you have already forgiven me. No. God does not have to forgive because He never condemns you.

And to have the knowing that your all encompassing love is mine to have as well.

Free me of anger, bitterness, hate unforgiveness…. if this is necessary.

Or perhaps: Strengthen me to see life as if through your loving eyes.Me: Cool! What do we have then? Let’s do the whole prayer.

Me: I really feel something shift when I say this. Today in the cell phone store I took on a blast of negative energy from the woman who thought I was giving her a hard time. I’ve learned a lot through my lifetime and that is many people don’t want to be bothered helping you; they’d rather send you elsewhere so they blame someone else. If they don’t know, it’s always someone else’s fault.

I spent my lifetime in negativity learning how it affects people.I understand how people work, but coming from a place of forgiveness when I’ve had a couple of rough days myself is hard.

Ivo: Keep saying the prayer. If you would like to be loving and not be moved out of a space of being loving with cranky salespeople, then keep saying the prayer.

Me: I put it up on a separate page on our website.

Ivo: Very good, my love. Keep resting and keep understanding your mood.

Me: I’m in it because the sun’s gone behind a deck of chemtrails – AGAIN – and because I’ve been doing work at night that leaves me crabby in the morning.

Ivo: I realize this, my love. You are transmuting much negativity on earth, trying to prepare it for the December 21st portal. Many of you are, so you may be feeling out of sorts these days.

Me: We’re so close. And my new favourite person ever is General Flynn because he says that the deep state have to be dealt with in the next few weeks otherwise America will be lost forever. Go, go, go! Then he said that the gallows, the guillotine and the electric chair are being dusted off because of this as well.

I’m not big on capital punishment but I realize that the charge of treason is punishable by death in the States. So whatever they feel they have to do. I think most of these players are clones anyway. The real ones are already dead.

Ivo: It will be interesting. The Age of Aquarius is upon us and the next agenda after GESARA compliance will be disclosure of the truth, and extraterrestrials are part of that.

Me: I would say this world is really interesting if it weren’t so difficult to live in.

Ivo: Yes. There is a reason the life span of a human is not that long on earth.

Me: Yes, it wears you down.

Ivo: Very well, my love, rest up. For those of you who may have observed the difference in our messages lately, understand with the rising energies old programming is being rendered ineffective.

Instead of dealing with shame-based mindsets compliments of mind control programming, we are now asking you to see life through the higher frequencies of forgiveness and love.

This is why the messages about seeing yourself and others as perfect are coming out. Those of you who are less affected by these relinquishing programs can now step up to higher frequency thinking.

Sharon:  I believe when we become highly conscious of what we pay attention to, we can re-create this world. If what you want to pay attention to doesn’t exist, create it. I’ve manifested enough things in my past to understand that I create my reality. What you give your attention to is important. Don’t pay attention to the stuff you don’t want. Know that it’s there but don’t keep feeding it your energy.

This is why the Illuminati (deep state) has always told us what they’re doing and what they’re planning. Because we are their batteries. We empower their plans. That’s why they have to tell us.

Stop listening and make your own plans for earth.

Ivo, what say you today?

Ivo: If you understood how important this is, your world would be in a completely different situation right now. But it is where it is out of your ignorance. So we put out these messages in order to empower people to change their reality.

You are a source of energy. You are connected to all that is. You are on the soul matrix. You derive your energy from the God source. That is what keeps you alive.

The dark ones do not. They rely on you to empower their plans. The fact that their plans include killing off many of you does not matter, because they have enough souls trapped to keep their world empowered. They have souls of humans trapped in their containers and they take the energy from these conscious beings to run this world. They are planning to make earth their own and to eliminate all but the most evil of bloodlines. They will continue to have earthlings work for them like you are now, but you will not be paid. You will consider yourselves lucky to be alive. Everything, whether you live or die, will be up to them. You will be a slave if they get their way.

They may get their way when you keep fueling their plans.

Do not pay any attention to the news.

Understand what is going on and when you see something that you do not support, such as mask wearing, then focus on the concept of a mask-free world. And continue to support that concept.

If you are upset there is no published cure for cancer, then focus on introducing a cure for cancer to the world and having it become main stream.

If you do not like the Chinese army in your country, focus on this army being defeated and then sent back home. Understand now that this army is moving abroad that you must take it from the point that it is now, so you must take it from the point that it is instead of wishing it had never happened. That is folly because it IS happening.

So to stop it you must change it by focusing on its defeat.

If your mother is terminally ill, than in order to revive her, you must focus on health from the point she is at. Wishing she never got sick will not work because she is sick.

The reason they make the progress they do with their evil plans for you is because you do not say you will not support it. Unwillingly or not, you support it. You accept it. And you go along with it instead of saying you will not.

It is good to see the resistance to the deep state increasing in every country with protests because the mindset of the general public is changing. Continue to focus on a world without lockdowns rather than opposing lockdowns.

Me: I think, Ivo, that people were told their imaginations were silly when they were children. If I told people that I go around imagining a life I want, they’d tell me to get real. But they don’t understand the power of the mind and neither did the caregivers who told you imagination is silly.

Ivo: Correct. My love. Your minds are powerful and as earthlings, you are the owners of this planet. You live in a culture where you give your power away and the power of your souls is stolen from you without your realizing it.

Now you must take that back. If peace is to reign upon planet earth, it will be brought forth through the minds of the people.

If you are to live in prosperity, it is to be brought forth through the minds of the people.

That is why the Galactic Federation releases information about GESARA, and about the St Germain prosperity funds. We do so so you can invest your minds in these ideas instead of what your controllers want you to invest your mind energies into. That is why.

We have put very strong lightworkers on the planet to re-create it. When you believe in the Matrix, you are in fact supporting their evil. When you believe in a new world founded on humanitarianism, you bring that to fruition.

What you focus on is very important. What you believe and what you think are very important.

You are the part of your soul that your soul created to live upon planet earth. When you strengthen your connection to soul, your soul can bring its energy to bear upon re-creating your earth. When you do not allow soul contact because you believe in the Matrix, live in the matrix, and believe that fulfillment is only possible through a job, you are working against your soul and what it has planned for your lifetime.

Our messages are all about this. Leave the Matrix, align with soul and allow yourself to change.

Use your mind as a sharp focusing tool and focus on what you want, not on what you do not want. Understand that the Matrix has disempowered you personally while stealing the energy of your soul. You are a tool being used by the matrix to carry out its evil plans such as Agenda 21/ Agenda 30. You must use your mind to create a reality that does not include the Matrix. When you do this for yourself, you help all of humanity to awaken.

Be very careful what you allow to affect your mind.

When you allow people around you who believe in the Matrix and refuse to deal with you at a higher level, do not deal with these people. Let them go. Only deal with people who will listen to you.

Yes, this is unfortunate for those who are married to people who are not evolved, however you must find your community and relate to them in order to keep evolving your own mind.

Understand what is going on, but focus on what you want to see for this world. Create a benevolent world first with your mind and then watch it manifest in your physical reality. That is the way the universe works.

Me: Thank you Ivo. We were talking about Trump last night weren’t we? Because every time I woke up, I was thinking about Trump.

Ivo: We had a large lightworker lecture last night on the New Jerusalem and all lightworkers were present who could attend. The focus was on what to do about the 2020 election results and the significance of this debate. At night time, you are being shown how to use your minds and I remind you during the day.

Me: I had the feeling that my subconscious was being filled with information that at some point I’ll understand as correct when I come across it in my physical life.

Ivo: We load your subconscious minds with information and it is this you are tasked with manifesting in the physical. We tell you what to believe and of course, you concur and agree to do this. However your physical minds will still fight this information because you are confused at this level.

Me: So it’s like getting a new lesson at school and we have to absorb it and live it.

Ivo: Some of you may find that your thoughts will be changing greatly within the next month or so.

Me: Thanks Ivo.

Ivo: My love, you school with us very often. We are your teachers and you are our teachers. We love you all so dearly, you have no idea how loved you all are.

Me: They love you too, Ivo. I find that I’m changing so much that people don’t understand me anymore. I set boundaries with them based on who I am as Tiannia, not who I was as Sharon.

Ivo: Yes. You have advanced ideas of what constitutes correct behaviour. How you have learned to behave upon earth in the power over others system, disregarding the free will of others and universal law, will have to change.

Ivo Of Vega: Fall Out - November 7, 2020

I don’t look at MSM at all because I know what they’re reporting is a lie. People have a habit of getting angry and fighting when confronted with lies but what about holding the faith?

The other side is fighting dirty. They’re circulating nasty memes. Let’s not stoop to this. Let’s not behave like they are. Where is our integrity? Where is our self control? Where is our love for this planet? Are you showing it in circulating nasty memes about the political party you don’t like?

We KNEW something like this would happen, so why let it lower your vibe? This whole world is at stake, but do you have so little faith in the Light that you feel you have to battle your way through this? Whatever happened to rising above it?

I’m even having a bad day with CFS, but I’m still only just passing on information. That’s all. I don’t particularly like our PM and the federal health minister because they’re liars but how far am I willing to punish myself because they are in power and taking this country in the wrong direction? How much good will I be able to do for the world when my own vibe is lowered?

Ivo, I will turn this over to you because I’m sure you have something to impart to all of us.

Ivo: I do. You have been warned, all of the lightworker community has, that it will be a hard road ahead. Now you see because they are planning to censor the president, that he may have to use the emergency system they have been telling you about.

What you do not understand here, my love, is that the way all are reacting to this election, reflects on all of you. This is not just about the two parties involved, but instead it is about the bigger picture: the way that all of you react when your party is down, or when your party is up. This is about all of you, not just the hand full of people who are in the American government.

Your energy counts more than the votes that have been voted.

Yes, let me repeat that, your energy matters more than the vote you may have cast or your political preference. There is a bigger picture, and many of you have abandoned this in favour of focusing on this one scenario at hand.

Continue to inform others of what is occurring. Focus on what they are doing, however do not attack their character. We know that the d s is unethical. Do not drop to their level and do not fight at their level.

Me: I was wondering how many other things the deep state will advance in other countries now that we’re all so distracted by this election.

Ivo: As an example. Have you watched what is going on in your own country? Have new laws been put into place in these last few days that further convict your humanity? Have you been paying attention?

Me: Because that’s one of their big ploys: to distract and then further some agenda item while you’re not looking.

Ivo: You have the power to stop them. When you say, “I do not consent,” when enough of you do that, you can stop them. It is how you use your Light. If you take your Light and use it to fight dirty with the dark, then you have lost the battle already.
Do not lower your frequency. Keep it high.

My love, part of your tiredness is your attempt to hold the collective’s light up.

Me: I figured as much.

Ivo: You are having a few bad days because you are injecting much light into the collective unconscious, to buoy up those who will not do so.

Me: And it’s hard to meet my obligations.

Ivo: So we will make this short. The message is clear. Do not lower your frequency. Leave the fights, stop aggressing towards others who are attempting to bait you and to steal your energy. That is what these arguments are about.

Ivo of Vega: Getting Defensive. November 1, 2020

Ivo: I suggest to you, my love, and to all of you, that living with so many on your planet who would attack you at the slightest provocation would make you to be defensive.

This is what you call a knee jerk reaction and you must look at that. You are reacting mindlessly to many who provoke you. And the dark ones love this. It creates loosh.

All lightworkers have come to earth to change her fortunes, to help those upon her ascend.

The way one does this is not by behaving as the earthlings do, but by behaving in wiser ways.

When you allow them to forge your ego into feeling as if it is a wounded animal backed into a corner, then you have lost mastery over yourself.

The best thing to do if someone responds (to a post is to ignore them. Why? How much sway does this person hold in your life? Does it matter that they do not agree with you?

Is this your spouse? Is this your child where their disagreement could possibly influence your life?

It is best to leave those alone who seek only to argue with you. Just pass them over.

Me: I block them if they have that tendency. They’re separationists, and many are just looking for a fight and yeah! speaking of narcissism – they see relationships or relating to others as a way of gaining dominance and self importance. How many people do you hear complaining about others as being stupid because they argued with them? Many people have twisted egos although they’re not outright narcissists but I see these patterns everywhere.

Ivo: This is true. When you are defensive against another person, you are allowing them to drag you into the power over others structure. Because now you are assuming the other position, vying to gain your power back, or to gain power over them.

It is best to retain your power and walk away. Let me repeat that: retain your power by walking away. That is the true path of the empowered, walking away from a pointless argument.

Letting go. Retaining self control. Not reacting, responding. Your response is to ignore them.

Me: We’ll just say as well for those living in conditions where they’re threatened with violence, it’s still best to leave. Ignoring someone who’s violent towards you or your loved ones could cost you. Remember, violence always escalates.

Ivo: Yes. But for the one who seeks to argue on social media or a neighbour, or someone of no consequence to you, let them go.

Keeping the peace is the most powerful thing you can do.

Power relationships

I've got more coming up, getting more and more clear. The reason why I despise leaving my home and conforming to all the masking rules and social distancing shit is because it's the Power Over Others System asserting its power over the people even more so than it ever has before.

I despise the Power Over Others system. I always have. And for now, I sit by watching, waiting for the time to free myself of this system by creating my own system, my own world, where people will be free to express themselves because the need for money, if they desire to live that way, will be removed. Think about it. How would you use your mind if it wasn't involved in grocery shopping, birthday shopping, working to earn money and then thinking how you're going to spend it, or worse, thinking of how you can make more because you don't have enough. Think how free your mind would be when you have been removed from the survival mentality you're in now. How much time it would have to enjoy, create, celebrate and rest easily. You could innovate new things. You could create new ways of life for others. You could do virtually anything, and then knowing that you create your reality, you would be ensured of doing it. Instead, you're doing budgets and going into more debt.

That is the power over others system. Money. The financial system is power over others, and the others it has power over is you.

Money cheapens your expression of life, it relegates everything from a baby's toy to a visit to the doctor, to monetary terms that we call its value. Is that its value? Really? When you see your baby's face light up at receiving this new toy, does that feel like nineteen dollars and ninety-nine cents to you? Or does it feel like the universe just exploded in love? When you go to the doctor and are relieved of your hernia, does that give you a feeling of a thousand dollars, or does the relief that comes from it light up your life and give you hope of a pain-free future? When you give your beloved her engagement ring, does that feel like three thousand dollars or are you swept up in a feeling that lifts you off the ground, and makes you feel like everything is good in the world? Money restricts your expression of life, like I just said. The sky would be the limit if you weren't caught up in your financial insecurity. Everything you do, you're doing for the sake of trying to survive, not thrive. Some people do okay in this power over others system, and it's because they've adjusted to it.

Don't adjust to being second in your own life. Don't adjust to being limited. This is your life. Why are you letting others have power over you? For the benefit of everyone else, so that society can work... how do you think it would work if there were no Power Over Others system? It would work phenomenally. All limits would be removed!

This might help those of you who are trying to feel more gratitude in your life. Perhaps thinking of things in terms of their monetary value is stopping you from being grateful for everything you can buy. It is a lower frequency state you're in, and gratitude is definitely of a higher vibration.

Imagine what you would create for yourself and others if you could do so with your mind. If there was no money involved, what would you create? THAT is the true meaning of things because you would relate emotional value to them rather than financial value.

The point of the St Germaine funds is to release you from your situation of lack. You may not even think that you're lacking, but you are. They say, “You have to choose. You can't have everything.” Yes, you can have everything because you ARE everything. The more money you have, the less you will care about it. It will begin to mean less to you because you are now financially secure. The only thing you've had with money all along is an insecure attachment. Sometimes it's there for you, other times it's not. Money comes in tandem with its friend, debt, who will bail you out when you're short, but for a steep price. Now you are where the Power Over Others system really wants you – in debt to them. That is why debt will be wiped out when the St Germaine funds are issued. You are in debt because this world's controllers stole your world and issued you a cheap sense of worth in return, then made you work for them.

I just found a new winter coat for thirty dollars. When I wear it, am I going to be grateful I got it for thirty dollars, or am I going to be grateful that I am warm and dry this winter? Y'know what? I would be more likely to be stoked at the price I got it for because I am a bargain hunter. I need to change and take my own advice here, or Ivo's because he often channels through me and makes me think it's me thinking these thoughts. He or Athena are the ones who are putting these eye-opening revelations in my video's, folks, I learn from him because he lets me think I'm that smart. I can hear him snickering. He is the one who helps me through my lessons, and helps me pass them on to you in either posts or these videos.

Let's all make a point of appreciating the article for its emotional worth, and forget about its monetary price tag. Money is too much a consideration in many of our lives, and that's where they've got you. You've been doing a dance with it, around it, and for it for many years and it's time to take a step away from it and let yourself be free. Why do you think they call it “free”?

On a more personal level, how does the Power Over Others system manifest in relationships?

You get into a relationship and realize that there is an imbalance in the relationship and someone is benefiting more from your togetherness than you are.

You have a group of friends and one person is always calling the shots while others just nod their heads and go along with it. Sounds like the government, doesn't it?

You end up with the Cinderella Syndrome in your relationships. You really are good enough for the handsome prince, but you end up cooking, cleaning and taking care of someone who takes advantage of your sense of responsibility and caring. This person does not reciprocate. You will, at least I do, always feel the sense of energy as going out to that person with little or nothing coming back to you.

You end up footing the bill for everything in your relationships with women. She looks good, dresses well, and she's dying to be with you in so many ways, but your credit cards are maxxed out and she never pays nor would she consider any cheaper activities. She's a gold digger and she found her mine – you!

You have a boss. Yes, that is the power over others system. It is in the workplace. Some bosses are nicer than others but the boss is still the head of the Power Over Others system in your company.

Your parents won't “let go” and let you be an adult. They constantly meddle and interfere in your marriage and with your children. They still believe they can tell you what to do, rather than offering advice when asked. They have a need to be in control.

In your family, people play roles. There is a dominator and subordinates. The victim triangle is also active with focus on perpetrators, rescuers and victims.

Nobody has the right to have power over you. Nobody. On higher dimensional extraterrestrial worlds, there are counsellors who serve rather than dictate laws. Universal laws are the laws that are followed because they are the laws of Creation, the highest laws. Everyone is sovereign and self-governing.

We put people in jail for Power Over Others violations, but the fact is, the governments do it all the time. Why jail people for being part of the system? They have behaved in a grievous fashion, and the safety of all is at stake. They have taken a life or robbed someone of their money. Geez, it's going to be interesting when indictments and trials are aired to the public.

We need a new system, folks! And we all have to change our thinking to get it.

How do you break through the Zeta Seal?
Ivo: The Zeta Seal is a seal that is pertinent to keeping the heart chakra closed. This mandates that the earthbound personality live its life through the lower chakras. The solution to rid oneself of the Zeta Seal is to take on fourth and fifth dimensional states. Meditation is always helpful to raise one's frequency but the way to keep the frequency high is to do the inner work. Rid yourself of ego and allow the higher self to come in and be earthbound. This means facing your so-called flaws and eliminating them. Or by understanding how you limit yourself and eliminating these erroneous beliefs. We are discussing this in this video here, where Sharon/Tiannia has outlined ways to stop focusing on money as the vehicle of life and understand relationship, emotion and love as being the vehicles instead. Your world does not run on money – it runs on love.

Me: Ivo, looks like we have this to deal with again. I keep seeing it coming up on social media. Someone, probably Michael Love, is predicting the Event for the umpteenth time. He has been predicting the Event frequently over the past few years, and uses it to keep lightworkers on the hook, keep them hoping that the world will change, when in fact if you want your world to change you have to do it yourself. He's robbing you of the power you have by telling you someone else is going to make all your dreams come true. Doesn't this meme speak of the same thing?

The only thing that's actually true in this whole meme is the fact that 5D is accessible now because it's a state of mind. How many times have you been in such a good mood that you've never even cared about all the abuse you've taken and how much you dislike having to deal with low vibrational 3D behaviour? How many times? I've been there often, where I couldn't care less I'm just so happy being in my own flesh, aligned with my own soul. That's 5D. Outer circumstances don't even matter when you're in that state of bliss, although they do tend to change to reflect your positive mindset and your vibration when you hold it long enough.

I saw a video by channeler Brad Johnson, who channels primarily Adronis, on the Event and he channeled this three years ago. I'll link it below. He said we're going through the Event even though there will be a final flash of light that will signify earth's entrance into the fifth dimension. Same thing Ashtar said when I channeled him a few years ago, which I'll link below as well. He said don't call it the Event, call it the Process because as you know by now, it's a process of going through gates of higher and higher light, usually around significant calendar dates and the solstices. We know we're going through them because the gatekeepers are telling us, for one thing, and because we feel great going up to the solstice and damned rough on the back side of it, like now. We just went through such a gate on the twenty-first and now, three days later, I'm just starting to feel better again.

Ivo what do you have to say about this?

Ivo: My love, if you could see the love your world is bathed in constantly, you would forget about the Event. Your need to focus on particular events is about your mind being trained in the matrix: birthdays, Christmas, solstices, holidays, weekends, and now one day that will set your world free – the Grand Solar Flash day. As you pointed out, the fifth dimension is accessible to all who will meditate long enough, focus on the positive long enough, be of service long enough and connect to one's soul. It is there. It has never been denied to you by God, yet you deny yourself by believing what you see in print and by what the pundits of earth have to say about it.

We of the galactic realm, see so much more of what you are experiencing, and can relay that information to you. We see the energies you are being bathed and cleansed in, we see the realignment of your light bodies to their templates, we see the removal of dark ones from your planet, we see into the minds of your world's leaders and can influence their behaviour. We see so much more and so we can influence so much more of your lives because you allow others upon your planet to continue to limit you.

You will wait for December 21st. Many will. And nothing will happen. Would it be a surprise if I told you, and I am telling you, that by this time energies will be such for magnificent changes to occur even without the Event?

You are all waiting for the third dimension to end but you continue to believe in it and the lies it tells you, so this is your fault. Impatiently tapping your foot and crossing your arms and believing what someone who is lying to you is telling you is not the way to enter the fifth dimension. As Adronis says, this person will crash upon landing.

The way to do this is to explore for yourself. Do not wait for the rest of the planet but be the first. Believe you can lift your frequency high enough and you will be able to do so, if even temporarily. The fifth dimension is inside of you. It always was. You were always your own answer.

Why do you believe the words of someone who continuously errs? Someone who has repetitively predicted the Event or the release of project monies or the St Germaine funds? Why believe them when they are constantly wrong?

Sharon is learning now that it is possible to create your own income. She set new targets for her book sales and is now reaching these targets. For no specific reason other than she wanted to see if she could reach these new sales heights. And she will be close to her target of selling ten books per day because she specified she wanted to sell ten books per day. Now it is happening.

Only because she is creating that reality. She is not advertising excessively nor promoting our work. This is the physical, mental approach. She simply is magnetizing these results through the spirit. You can as well.

Start with a small project like increasing your income by so many dollars per month or per year. Start with a small project of losing so many pounds and then begin to energize it by visualizing it. Start with a goal of being completely happy with your life and energize that goal. Whatever you need to change, you can. You do not need to wait for the world to cross the finish line. Do it now. Reach the fifth dimension yourself by changing yourself and your life. What do you need to change in order to embody fifth dimensional bliss?

If you find yourself fed up with your current life, and I admit it is draining, but responding to it with disgust, unhappiness, the desire to see it change, is keeping your frequency down. Detachment is necessary. If detachment is difficult, then abstinence is necessary. Your reaction to the third dimensional world and the behaviour you see around you is contributing to your lower frequency. If you wish to see the fifth dimension and align with it now, let go of your negative feelings towards this current world. You are there for a reason and that is because you have negative feelings about it. Having negative feelings about negativity keeps you aligned with it. Being able to see the bright side, knowing that all will change and earth will become the Eden it once was, understanding that this is a temporary process of learning and of increasing the light quotient within each person, is the way to rise above your complaints of third dimensional earth.

And do not listen to pundits who predict erroneously. Liars do not predict the future. They are out of alignment with creation.

Me: Great way to cull the herd when nobody can get anyone else pregnant unless they already live in the same house. What about couples seeing each other? That's being outlawed as well. Nobody's allowed to date. Don't think they won't make it law, because they will. They don't care about how crazy it is, because they are crazy. To them this makes perfect sense and fits their evil agenda.

This is a CBC (Canada Broadcasting Corporation, Canada's government-run national channel) news article, published on August 4th 2020: Physical distancing, mask-wearing could be in place for 2-3 years even with vaccine, Tam warns. Canadians shouldn't expect a COVID-19 vaccine to be a "silver bullet" that will bring a swift end to the corona virus pandemic and a return to normal, according to the country's chief public health officer.

I'll link the article below so you can read it. but she says, ""It's likely that there won't be enough vaccines for the population," said Tam. "So there'll be prioritization and we're looking at that."

Yeah, who's the priority? Children. Children are earth's future. Old people they're not going to bother with because they'll just let them die off. These people are savages. If they're going to make a vaccine, then make sure everyone gets to exercise their right to refuse it! This woman is evil!

I'm counting on Trump to get the real Covid numbers and declare this a non-emergency. This is enough of this bullshit. This virus isn't as dangerous as they're saying. We know the Pleiadians have intervened to lessen the effect it has on earth.

They want to make me one of the first group of guinea pigs. I don't think so.

What this article tells me is a few things:

1. The vaccine is ineffective,

2. social distancing is ineffective,

3. Wearing a mask is ineffective,

4. The virus is not as bad as they're making it out to be.

5. This is about social control.

When you know their real agenda, you can read these articles to help inform others of the Truth. This has to be done, to stop people from falling for this anymore.

Not to sound callous, but for 9,000 deaths, we have to go through these measures for the next two to three years? What is the national number of cancer deaths per year? 81,000 per year. Flu and pneumonia deaths in 2018: 8,625. The flu is contagious, so is pneumonia. So for the same number of deaths, we're running around with masks, social distancing and some will be getting innoculated for approximately the same number of deaths.

Some argue it's because we've taken all these measures we've stopped the flow of the disease. It could have been a lot worse.

Their agenda is culling the herd. If the virus were so virulent, they would not have told us to take any measures against it and would've let the people drop in the streets. They would achieve their goal of culling the herd. They also would have made Trump look like a fraud, which is their other objective.

This is the red herring I've been looking for. Culling the herd isn't to be done through the virus because the virus CAN'T do it - it's to be done via the vaccine.

Me: Ivo, I want to point out to you as well that the flag of Communist China has been raised above the police station in Victoria, New South Wales in Australia. Unless someone photoshopped it and is making a statement about the woman who was taken down by a cop strangling her because she wasn't wearing a mask, this is cause for real concern. Fact is, whether they raise the flag or not, this lady had a doctor's statement saying she doesn't have to wear a mask yet she was still arrested by what looks like 12 police.

How do we deal with this? We have to keep imagining a better future for earth but there are so many people who are still feeding these artificial timelines!! We can't stop them from doing that!

Ivo: No, everybody has free will. So everybody has the right to determine how they will react to everything that is going on. Some do not exercise their power; they give it away as submissive slaves.

Me: What does it take to convince people that we don't have to live off of money?

Ivo: A lot, my love. They have known nothing else. What is more, they are not interested in living in igloos made of snow, or a hut burrowed into the side of a hill. They do not know how to make their own candles, as once the home owner did, they do not know how to make their own clothes or even their own fabrics for that matter. All that information was something the typical home owner knew how to do in your pioneer days. You understand that since industrialization, you have become dependent on the system.

Before that, the married couple or even the single could take care of themselves out in the wild. Now you rely too heavily upon the system, which is now turning on you.

I will say this very clearly: No viral outbreak justifies the ends that your people are being forced to adjust to now. There have been worse pests upon your planet, not the least of which is the ebola virus, that have killed off far more people than is the case with covid. But this was only upon one continent, and that escapes the minds of so many in North America and Europe.

Me: I know. If it were ebola, then I'd stay home. I wouldn't even bother wearing a mask outside because I wouldn't go outside.

Me is something going to happen to really turn this around?

Ivo: When Trump is re-elected he will put into play long term plans that the Alliance has drawn up. However he must be re elected because he has set the groundwork for these long term plans to be carried out.

Me: I think people will breathe a sigh of relief when they see the St Germaine funds come out.

Ivo: This will be next year. Preparations are being made to give people the monies. It is a question of people wanting to accept them. They will have to understand that they will not be able to go back to many jobs because the financial system is crashing. People will be going out of business and jobs will be lost.

Me: Trump was saying about how many jobs he's created. He doesn't seem to think jobs will be lost.

Ivo: The deep state still has many cards to play. When Trump is re-elected there will be repercussions. This will indicate to the deep state that they cannot rig voting anymore, which they are already aware of after the election loss of 2016, and they will have a collective fit when they lose.

My dear, you must understand that these monies will be given out to the people of earth because your lives are going to become a lot scarier. What you have experienced to date is nothing compared to the war that will be carried out upon you later on. The battling has only begun. Money is security to so many people, so you will have it. This is necessary because the insecurity that will be created around those who fear will have to be counteracted in some way.

Ivo: My dear, we said it would be bad and we did not kid. The deep state is capable of any heinous act you might not even consider. We know what they are capable of, and are doing all we can to protect you from their retaliation. We see people are stocking up, this is good. They require supplies now as food shortages may continue or get worse in future.
