Ascension Bites - June 17,


​I just sent this out to a beautiful being who was looking for assistance with grounding. Sharing, to support everyone's practices. Love!

1. geranium.. scent.. to me, when I have a scent that signals.. ok.. grounding time. it just sort of blends.. no pun intended


2. When I wake up I set the intention:


May everything I think, say, and do be for the highest and best good of all concerned. 


I am very clear when I set this intention that by making that statement, I am releasing focus on the personal self and harmonizing with the greater good, the advanced Self presence that we are simultaneously stepping into and evolving into as we operate our days on earth.


So really feel how you are serving an amplified state. That identity of Self is your umbrella, your tuning fork. It changes everything. It takes you out of the personal self as you will allow it to. 


3. Breath practice.. whatever calls to you, find a practice that you can hum with for your day. I totally alternate. Just slowing the breath and acknowledging truth with breath is one option. I AM breath is another. Om Namah Shivaya a third. There is So Hum as well, spelled So Ham, pronounced So Hum for some reason. But again, you are establishing your sacred presence and center. 


4. Speaking of Center, hold the intention to bring the consciousness to the solar plexus, to your power spot, your shaman center. Visualize golden light. See that light then extend to your entire body. I think of the Oscar award statue. Feel the strength. 


5. Connect with a tree. They bring energy up from the earth through their sap. As you hold the intention to harmonize, you will receive empowerment.
