Seraphina: Good Morning! My dear friend brought up a subject yesterday that has me contemplating further my body and our relationship. She said she had thought that our Earthly human bodies were from the Elemental Kingdom.
It makes sense to me since our bodies are of Gaia, her gift to us who come here to experience being Human. So where does my body come from, where does she get her intelligence, is she considered a sentient being? So many questions.

Yes, your sweet friend is correct, the human form is of the Elemental Kingdom. However it is a far advanced elemental. Its design is more intricate and advanced than is, say, any basic form in the elements.
The body contains all the elements. It is made up of water, air, earth and fire in many and various forms to create a living, breathing walking around being. The elements form the base and the creators design builds upon the base to form a human body with all its magical parts.
The Creator, in concert with Gaia, has crafted a being that is capable of and thrives on this planet. The human body has been gifted the power of its own intelligence in knowing how to thrive on this planet. Some would call it instinct but it is far greater than that.
As do all the kingdoms, the human body lives and strives to be and grow and be the best it can be. Unlike most it has the ability to renew itself within the proper conditions… A perennial, if you wish.
When joined with one who comes to experience life on Earth as a human, this connection brings additional layers of intelligence. Emotions are experienced, feelings of a physical nature fully felt and the joy of Life itself is enhanced.
Therefore if you are fully cohabiting with your body you may experience more levels of existence on this planet as a being formed by the planet for your experience, pleasure, and exploration.
That is the main reason so many want to incarnate here. The depth of experience is vast. It has much allure. Appreciate and celebrate your beautiful, intricate, marvel that is your body, your partner, your vehicle.
You have so much more to experience together.
