The Lifting

Imagine yourself standing on a beach and a giant wave coming. You know it is going to hit and you brace yourself but, nothing can really prepare you for it. One thing you must remember is that it will not roll you under! If you can quiet yourself long enough, you will begin to feel the lifting.
