You are learning how to open your heart even further now.
It is your destiny to do so.
When you find your heart closed to another or yourself
remember
that there is always a trapdoor.
An exit plan to find relief.
What you are doing is
relieving yourself of the pressures of lower existence.
This must be established.
In each moment, you are being shown how to align with your True Self.
