You are teaching yourself to surrender
to the joy of the moment
so that you may receive the gifts that await you.
Oh, they may appear to be disguised in the ugliest
wrapping paper,
but they are gifts.
Treat each moment as a gift
of your advancing higher consciousness.
You are being shown what to let go of,
what to prune,
what has been holding you back
so that you may evolve
at last.
And so it is.
