Hold the best version of your holy self now. 

See yourself in the process of awakening.  This will help you, aid you in not being aghast when you run into that which needs healing. 

It is because you are now understanding there is a purpose for your travel.  You are unraveling consciousness.

You are untying the knots that have literally squeezed the life, your True Life out of you. 

You are awakening to the Truth, the truth that you now have and are employing the coursework to set yourselves free. 

And so it is.
