Validation
It is okay if you do not feel up to it today.
It is okay to experieneelings of sadness and loss.
It is okay to feel lonely and lost for a moment or two.
Part of self-care is allowing thoce fse feelings to be experienced and validation is an important step to moving through them.
Dearest child, take a nice deep breath and allow yourself to feel the love of The Universe wrapping you in a hug. Let that feeling of safety envelope you and know that all will be well in time.
