​Be kind to yourself.

In other words, you are not trying to perform the process of ascension perfectly.

Instead you are gradually waking up the realization and recognition that you have been the perfection of Divinity all along.

That is why kindness and a most gentle approach is recommended.

Gently acknowledge that there is a very wise woman or man in the room - and You are it.

You see, you are seeking Your Self in this life, Your wisdom, Your Truth.

And as it has been stated - seek and you shall find.

Very wise words we would say, great wisdom indeed.

And so it is.
