My dear friends, we love you so very much,

You never need to give up on yourself, your hopes, or your dreams. You don't need to earn your manifestations or prove your worth to the heavens. There's no need to convince us, persuade us, or insist on having what you want. Before you even have time for these considerations, you have emitted a loving energy of desire to which we, the Divine, and the entire universe have begun to respond.

Your only job is to be receptive to love.

Imagine that you are a radio that can talk. You might say, "I want to broadcast FM station "XYZ." I insist on it! It is important. I need to hear the news on this station now. As you know, until the radio tunes into the station, it can't pick up the signal, no matter how it argues for why it should. It must become receptive by attuning the frequencies it wishes to receive. Likewise, you must tune into love to pick up love's signals.

You don't have to focus obsessively on your manifestations. You don't have to feel positive about everything in your life. You don't have to have a clue how to create something you want. You don't even have to believe in your dreams all the time! You just have to believe in and tune into something that feels like love as often as possible. You will know when you're on the path to your desires because you'll feel good. You'll know you're tuned into streams of grace when things flow more easily, synchronicities abound, and you enjoy the journey.

Don't beat yourself up when you're not there. Give yourself a hug. Congratulate yourself for being alive. It is optional! You choose to awaken each morning. Breathe deeply and feel the air in your lungs. Massage your own hands. Sip a glass of water and appreciate the feel of it. Even in these small acts of grace, you are receiving love. Even in these seemingly meaningless moments, you are attuning to a higher vibration. It is so much simpler than humanity has made it. You need only find that which feels like love. If you did nothing else but enjoy your moments and your days, so much more would come.

Relieve yourself of the burden of feeling perfect about everything you wish. Relieve yourself of the burden of trying to feel wonderful about everyone and everything. That is a tall order for most. Instead, dear ones, focus on what is good. Focus on what you like about the individuals in your life. You married that spouse for a reason! You felt good about the job when you took it. Look for the qualities that can uplift you so that more may come.

We are not suggesting you should stay in dense situations. We are not saying you should like what you do not. We wish for you what we know, that in this universe of contrast, you can focus on love, feel love, flow love, and thus attract love in the forms you desire.

Try today to simply look for what is good each time a difficult thought arises. Be kind to yourself in the process. You will find little moments of love and evidence of good everywhere. You will lift yourself. In this space, by the very nature of the universe, you will open the door to more.

I am Sananda. I come to be with you at this time, in these continuing momentous changes that are happening here on this planet and within all of you.

For you are all going through great changes within your body. And as of yet, you are not fully aware of those changes that are happening. Changes, indeed, to your molecular structure, even, to your cellular structure that is happening, as the carbon system that your physical body has been is changing now to a crystalline light structure.

So know that. Know that all is changing, both within and without. So within, so without; so above, so below.

And you are going through a miraculous change. Not, of course, the change for ascension yet, but as you have heard many times, it is all a process, a process that you are moving through, as the old programming. The programming that you have had much of this life, and many lifetimes before this. That programming is beginning to fade away more and more, and being replaced by new programming, your new programming, your new creative programming that you are bringing into yourself. Because you are so much more than what you had been programmed to believe.

So all of you now, continue to trust. Trust in yourself. Trust in the great plan that is in the works bringing about momentous change as the old programming more and more begins to fade away.

The old three-dimensional system, the matrix, if you will, fades away more and more. As the veil comes crashing down upon all of those that are still, as of yet, nonbelievers, still fast asleep in their slumber.

But because of all of you, the awakened ones, the ones that came here for the purpose of awakening mankind, because of all of you, there are those that still are yet to awaken, and shall awaken.

And just as I, Yeshua, roamed the Earth and went about my mission to at that time bring an end to the old programming as much as possible, but as you know, so many were asleep and did not hear my message, my message of love, my message of faith, my message of the power within each individual, and the power in each individual leading to the power of the Christ Consciousness within the collective consciousness of man.

But in many respects, I did not complete my mission. You, on the other hand, are in the process of completing your mission, your mission to bring back the power and the sovereignty within each individual, and within the collective consciousness of man.

The power is within each and every one of you as the vibrational frequency increases within you and outside of you, bringing down the old matrix and replacing it with the new higher vibrational matrix, if you will. Consciousness and vibration—it is everything, and is all things.

I am Sananda, and I leave you now in peace, and love, and oneness.

That you continue to vibrate higher and higher within yourself, being aware of what is happening, but not becoming attached to it.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

I am Ashtar, the Commander of the Galactic Light Forces, and today I am going to discuss the key points about your Ascension Process.

To move into multidimensional realms, you can’t accomplish without vibrating in high frequencies. You can achieve this requirement by daily deep meditations and changing your diet into plant based without meat or fish. Animal Kingdom and Ocean Inhabitants are vibrating and possess a consciousness as you do, and a consumption of their flesh only can disrupt your Evolution into 5D.

Divine is helping humankind to tune into higher energies to be above low vibrations. Your participation of being in the Now, it’s very crucial in order to move into New Earth. There are no shortcuts in the matter of Ascension. We are waiting for your Ground Crew to finish their job of removal Dark Entities from Mother Earth as soon as possible. You don’t have too much time left, before the shell of Earth will be dropped into Space.

Everyone who is not ready to ascend, will be transported into a planet very similar to yours. Your Alliance had many years to fulfill their task. Dark Entities still are running around and creating chaos, everywhere they can. The Galactic High Council gave a little more time for them to finish the project of removal Darkness. If it’s not finished soon enough, my crew will step in and finish the task of liberation of your planet.

Right now, we just are assisting from the skies. We are are not allowed to intervene in your proceedings directly on the ground, unless humankind completely fails or Earth is endangered to be destroyed by Darkness.

Meanwhile, my crew including myself went for a rescue mission on a Red Planet in faraway Galaxy, which was attacked by malicious Reptilians. We have members from this planet in our Galactic Light Forces. I can’t share too much details about the operation, as it includes extremely sensitive information. It was successful, and Reptilians lost their battle.

Please, use your discernment about data floating in your reality, which mostly is false and carries misleading facts. It’s time for humankind to snap out from illusion and start living through Consciousness instead letting mind to be in charge. Thank you Ambassador of Galactic Light Forces. We are here to invite and support your total awareness.  We have come to realize that human beings have difficulty with the connection between thoughts, emotions and the physical stance that the body takes. 

Thoughts and emotions appear to be formless whereas the physical body has shape and form. However this is one total and whole system, body, mind, emotions and spirit each part reflecting the other. It is an energetic exchange which can be monitored.

When there is disharmony within the thoughts or when emotions are in conflict, the body will eventually manifest this lack of balance and harmony, there will be dis-ease.

So dear ones, when you are experiencing a state of unease or feeling off balance, the name your society has given to this state of disharmony and unease is often stress. Ask  yourself what emotions are you avoiding, what emotions have you labeled uncomfortable. We invite you to look within at the possible conflicts that you are dealing with. List each one in a clear and precise manner. This offers you an insight as you travel into the maze of your disharmony, your depression or your anxiety.

Also we might offer that you be aware of the labels others have given you and you took as your own without question. Usually a label is an attempt to assert control and manage any uncertainty. A label may allow for a type of mental closure and even encourage you not to think about the things, issues, or emotions again.

Realize life never comes to closure; life is a process, even a mystery. Life is known only by those who have found a way to be comfortable with their emotions, with change and the unknown.  Given the nature of life, there may be no security, but only your adventure.

Once your inner conflicts have been offered to the conscious mind there can be resolution. You have many tools to use that will bring you to a balanced state of mind, a balanced state of emotions and therefore a balanced healthy body.

The heart is the thinking organ of your human form. It is the heart which truly is in command. The energetic field of the heart matrix is far stronger and more expanded than the energetic matrix of the brain. Your mentors, wise one, avatars and spiritual leaders have been speaking and teaching of this for eons of time.  

It is the intelligence of the heart that offers humanity total healing and divine connection with the dimensions and the stars. We encourage you to return to the sacred space of your heart and radiate love and acceptance as well as gratitude to your reality. It is within the sacred heart that the alchemical process of transformation takes place.

Human beings long ago learn to close or protect their heart circuit. This has been one of the main dysfunctions on your planet It is one of the main sources of dis-ease.  

When the heart circuit is protected there is an energetic loop. There is difficulty with energy coming in or going out. The human being has allowed the brain, the programs,  the beliefs, and the labels to monitor and guard the heart center. These programs and beliefs close and numb your responses to the messages and guidance coming from and going to this important heart center.

These beliefs and programs about protecting the heart center are passed down energetically from parent to child. A small child learns from the unspoken as well as the spoken messages about being hurt, allowing or not allowing one to love freely and easily, what feels safe or unsafe, who to trust and not trust.  

The heart center is your portal. It is your gate. It is important for humanity to begin to heal the wounds that the heart carries. It is essential to healing this planet's dysfunction. When the heart is energetically closed to others, it is closed to the divine. It is time that humanity heals the wounded heart.

We acknowledge all those who are becoming aware of when they close their hearts and what programs/beliefs within their system lock them into a closed loop.

There are the wounds passed down from generation to generation. There are the wounds within the family dynamics of this lifetime. There are the wounds that each human being has personally experienced while in this embodiment. Humans are skilled at shutting down their emotions of pain, hurt, betrayal, grief, disappointment or feeling unloved. As best you can, allow yourself to clear these emotions and realize that without judgment, many of these things can be made holy.

You are invited to begin the process of healing the many levels of wounded patterns within the heart matrix which can manifest in your physical form. This is the work and the responsibility for each and every person on the personal level, genetic level and global level. We support and encourage you to energetically and emotionally clean out your heart space. Polish it, shine it up, air it out and begin to live there.

Humanity is stepping into an entirely new paradigm in which the thinking heart will be  honored, whole and connected to the other heart matrices. 

This reality is happening one heart beat at a time, one human being at a time. Each human being who becomes aware of the power to heal the wounds carried within their heart center can then open their heart center and radiate the divine flow of love, acceptance, and the honoring of one another.  

The heart portal was designed to serve as the gateway to the stars. This heart portal allows the energy to flow from divine source and the heart center processes this energy for the expansion of the human being. 

We are inviting you to continue with your dedicated intention to heal your heart portal, for it is through your heart portal that divine energies, divine connection and divine guidance are able to stream to you.

The most important tools in the healing, harmonizing and the balancing of your heart portal are to continue to return your awareness to the vibrations of joy, gratitude, appreciation and forgiveness. It is the power of these vibrations which allows the heart center/heart portal to heal from all the wounds carried. 

Practice asking your heart before asking your mind. Practice bridging and connecting the heart's intelligence with the brain's intelligence. Practice radiating unconditional love, joy, and appreciation from your heart not from the mind.

Understand that you are connected to one another with unbreakable and compelling human bonds. In this knowing everyone becomes less vulnerable and alone. The heart, which can see these connections, may be far more powerful a source of healing than the mind. 

It is the service work each human being is asked to give for the wholeness and healing of the heart center of humanity. For when human beings live from an open and healed heart they know and feel their connectedness with each other and understand their universal purpose. 

Allow yourself to see your sacred heart space as spacious, infinite, expanded, and whole. It is your link to the cosmic grid. It is your way home.

Where You Put Your Faith

How many times do I recommend that you listen to your own heart? What do you think that means? It means that you do your own thinking and feeling. You do not have to discard what someone says but nor do you have to follow it. You are not beholden to another. You are not obligated to follow any man's beliefs or tenets. You are not even obliged to follow Mine. You have choices in life, and you are the one to make them. I don't make them for you. Certainly, no man is to decide for you that which is yours to decide.

Free will wasn't given to you lightly. Free will isn't some form of recreation or a hobby to avail yourself of under some circumstances and not others. Of course, I am not intimating that you drive on the wrong side of the street or that you start a revolution. I am not saying that life must always serve you or that everything you desire is at your command and must be so. I am saying that there are choices in life, and they are yours to make.

You need no apology for your choices nor excuses nor justification. You do not need to judge yourself for following your heart anymore than anyone else has the right to. Life is too precious for you to secede from and give domain of it to anyone else.

Your life isn't something voted on. Even if you are the only one who sees and feels as you do, it is your choice. No one else has the say of you. Who is there to say your decision is not valid? In any case, it is your life you make. No one else is responsible for your life and your decisions. You are the one who reaps and you are the one who pays. You are not a pawn on a chessboard that someone else picks up and moves.

No more does it behoove you to take dominion over another's life. Stick with your own.

When you follow the dictates of someone else, you are following the dictates of your own fears. Since when must fear be the ruler of your life? Fear corrals you. All kinds of fears will limit your life when you accede to them. When you accede to your fears, are they not the rulers of you?

Look at your fears as you would cars when you cross the street. You can step in between them. Because there is traffic, that doesn't mean you can't get across. You do not immediately suppose that you will fail and therefore must not.

Is not your life more important than the crossing of any street?

And if someone wants to help you across, that's fine, but the decision to cross or not cross is yours. And if, in the middle, you decide to go back, that is also your choice. If you continue across the street, once on the other side, you and the other can part. You can go your way. Who is to say that another way is better? Someone may help you, but only so far. No one can take you all the way you are going. Only yourself.

Christ did not limit others' choices. He expanded their choices. He helped others cross the stream. He abolished fear. He did not promulgate it. He did not take away confidence. He gave confidence. He told everyone where the Kingdom was. He did not say he was the only one who had access. He said you did as well as he. He said you could do better than he. I say, trust in yourself more, and that is the same as trusting in Me.

Here in the spiritual realms we are enthusiastically cheering you on as you race forward toward the moment of your collective awakening. You have been told for a number of years now, even a couple of decades, that you are very, very close to your awakening, and that is and always has been the case. However, the time aspect of the illusory or dreamlike environment in which you find yourselves, as humans in form, is extremely unstable, and it appears to move forward very slowly when you are waiting expectantly for something wonderful to occur, or when you are suffering, thus intensifying the seeming reality of the unreal environment in which appear to be living.

You are not your bodies, as you well know, and the conscious awareness that is the real you is now and always at One with Source, fully awake in perfect peace and joy. Nevertheless, having chosen to incarnate and be present in form at this point in the collective human awakening process to greatly and powerfully assist in bringing it to fruition, you are experiencing the unreal as real through your five senses, and it is very beguiling and distracting for you, as it can bring up strong and unsettling doubts such as “is this human experience perhaps the only reality after all, terminating finally in death?” Everyone experiences doubts, because it is the ego’s playground, and it loves it, whether engaging with it as a suffering victim or as a self righteous braggart and self-seeker.

Your egos know only the illusion, the unreal, and because it seems to be a once and only experience they want to prolong it as long as possible. Once you become aware and accept the truth that you are not your bodies, the ego’s life is almost over. It relies on fear to motivate you into accepting and following its guidance, and so when you move into peace and full self-acceptance, as many of you are now doing, it feels mightily threatened and intensifies its efforts to arouse fears and doubts in you individually and collectively, hence the noisy distractions of the MSM as they point to “others” who threaten your safety, even your existence. This is happening on a large scale at present as the collective karmic ‘stuff,’ that is coming up for acknowledgment, thanks, and release, seems to be increasing humanity’s suffering all across the world. And, yes, this ‘stuff’ does appear to be increasing and magnifying humanity’s suffering all across the world, in all cultures, creeds, nations, and political and business organizations. Competition is increasing as egotistical would-be leaders shout out their beliefs and dogmas ever more vociferously on the multitude of media channels to any who will listen, but it is competition that can only fail. Instead of uniting groups against groups, cultures against cultures, and religious or political persuasions against other similar organizations, it is demonstrating to the people who have supported them for so long the deep levels of corruption and lack of honesty or integrity within the upper levels of nearly all of those hierarchical groups or organizations.

People are waking up!

They are no longer allowing themselves to be persuaded to divide and form opposing groups seeking conflict with those who disagree with them. People are instead coming together, pretty well everywhere on the planet, to discuss and expose the long and still ongoing series of fables and falsehoods –‘News Stories’ – that those who control the media have been publishing in newspapers, magazines, and on broadcast and social media channels in order to persuade people everywhere that authoritarian rules imposed by governments, governmental agencies, and very large international business organizations are for the general good of humanity and are necessary for people’s safety and survival.

You are all, without exception, very powerful beings who, if you will go within and listen to your holy God-given inner guidance – from God, the Holy Spirit, Jesus, and many others in the spiritual realms on whom you call, and who are always and most patiently waiting for your call – and trust it you will find inner peace, instead of giving away your power and trust to your own seriously misguided and ill-informed egos or to the egos of others. You all have within you personal and individual access to the spiritual realms, and you will never be led astray or misinformed by those loving beings who are with you in every moment to support you and help you to let go of your doubts. They will hep you to see through the ingrained and invalid beliefs imposed upon you by others in your infancy and childhood, that may well have served a useful purpose then, but that no longer serve you now.

Those individual beliefs are deeply ingrained as a result of experiences in infancy and childhood, and they need to be reexamined with guidance from those on your spiritual support teams, then they – like a belief in Father Christmas or tooth fairies which you discarded long ago, along with others which are clearly not true – need to be discarded, let go of so that you can open your minds to Love, the only Truth,in whatever way It shows Itself to you.

Love is One, is unchanging, but can be experienced in numerous ways in your human lives – offered to you by loved ones, offered by you to loved ones, offered to others when you see and hear them, and when you are amazed by the beauty of natural scenery or a sunset – when you choose to open yourselves to It. Opening yourselves to Love is the main task that you set yourselves to fulfill before you incarnated, and it is why you spend so much of your lives looking for It. And, of course, It is with you constantly, It is the energy field that enlivens your bodies, and if you will open yourselves to It and invite It to embrace you, It will do so immediately, and you will feel Its Presence.

The choice to be human was the choice to experience separation from Love, Source, Mother/Father/God. But actual separation is impossible, because there is only the One within which all are eternally present. However, you do have free will, and that is always honored, thus your choice to experience the unreal state of separation is honored until you choose to end it. As One you make choices with infinite Wisdom that do not change, but as humans in form you are constantly making and changing your individual choices dependent on your feelings and mood swings, which is why it is so hard for you to permanently discard beliefs that no longer serve you. To be successful in doing so you need to keep resetting the intent to do so, and then keep practicing that until you no longer engage in life with those invalid beliefs.

To experience the warm and uplifting embrace of Love you have to invite It in and you have to release anything within you that is not in alignment with It – fear, anger, resentment, judgment, etc. – because Love is always unconditional and without judgment of any kind, It never discriminatesbecause that would be utterly contrary to Its eternal and unchanging nature. While you hold within yourselves anything other than Love that is what you will experience. You cannot love one person while judging or hating another because attempting to do that is to discriminate, so what you experience as love of someone under those conditions is really a very limited sense of affection that excludes the other, and that may well change as your life circumstances change.

Therefore it is essential for your awakening that you go within at least once daily to set and practice the intent to be only loving whatever arises, and, as situations or issues arise during the day, reset your intent, especially if someone says or does something that arouses within you feelings of anger, resentment, unfairness, or any other sense of upset. By doing this you come to an awareness that you do in fact choose what feelings you wish to experience, and that consequently you can change your choices and choose to feel peace instead of fear or anger. It truly is within your power to do so because you are extremely powerful beings.

BE the Peace you wish to see in the world!

I am Ashtar. I come at this time to be with you, and to continue to help you understand, again, a different perspective. A perspective that you have all moved to at various times.

More and more are you finding yourselves in those higher vibrational frequencies. More and more are you realizing that you cannot be penetrated by the lower vibrations. Your barriers cannot be penetrated as long as you believe that that barrier is there. As long as you believe that you re protected, you are protected. And always know that.

And even though you may at times feel like you are being pulled back down into the old ways, into the old programming, and indeed you sometimes you are, but more and more, realize that that is all it is, is just simply old programming and you do not need to be held there any longer.

You do not need to stay there. Simply pull yourself back up. Pull yourself out of it. Realize it is just simply memories, it is just simply programming, it is just simply things that have tended to hold you back, to bind you down to this illusion. But say to yourself, “I will not be held back anymore; I am free, free of anything that continues to bind me to this illusion of separation.” Because that is all it is. It is just the matrix hauling you back. It is just your ego self calling, you back. Time to hold onto what it has always known. And in many ways, it is trying to protect you.

But you do not need that protection any longer. Your higher ego now, your higher consciousness, is ready to take over—if you allow it. And you, being the conscious knowing self, you, being your higher self working through you is who and what is in power here. So remember that.

And know that as we are in our ships looking down on you, watching over you–a better wording to use here, we are watching over you. Watching, and there to assist at any moment whenever the need comes up. We have our various missions, our programs. Our projects that we are working on. And all of our projects are coming together, and will come together at one time where we will all move into motion at once.

That is what we are here to do, those that are working to promote the freedom of this planet and the population here on this planet. True, we cannot interfere. We cannot do it for you. We are here to assist whenever the call goes out. And whenever we receive from Prime Creator the go-ahead to assist even more, as we have at various times. We have come closer and closer, both in proximity with our ships, and also in assisting you directly, all of you, both as groups that have come together, and also as individuals.

We are very much involved in the awakening here on this planet, in working with your Alliance. Those that are the Boots on the Ground here. All of us working together to bring this all about. To bring this Great Awakening. To bring you closer and closer to The Event. But as we have said, we cannot do it, you have to do it.

And all of you need to continue to work on finding yourselves more and more, as much as possible, in the higher vibrational frequencies. Do not let yourselves get pulled back down over and over. And if you do not have the will at any moment, ask for help. Ask for assistance. There are so many of us here willing and ready to assist and help you. To guide you. But you have to ask for it. And when you do ask, we are here with you. Make no mistake about that, we are always here with you. But if you are asking for us to do it for you, we cannot. We will assist, and do assist.

So trust. Trust that everything is going exactly as it needs to. Do not be dissuaded, or dismayed, by the various things that still are continuing on within the matrix, within the third-dimensional illusion. Because that’s all it is—it’s an illusion. It’s an illusion to cover over the real reality that is your fifth-dimensional and above experience. So trust in all of that.

Trust in those that are here, and their missions to assists you. Those that are here. The various ones that you know of. I will not name the names here now. You know who they are. They are here to bring you further and further along in this awakening.

But even they cannot do it for you, only you can. And only you can be responsible for yourself. You are not responsible for anyone else. No matter what. Yes, if you have small children, you are responsible for bringing them up. For guiding them along the way. But it is just simply guidance. Just as we do. We guide you, you guide them. You do not do it for them. You do not own them. Your children you do not own. Your family members you do not own. You do not own your partners. You each are sovereign within yourselves. You need to fully realize that. And let go. Let go of what you think is your responsibility to another. You are not here to make sure everyone ascends. You are here only to assist and guide along the way if they ask for it. I cannot say this enough, or in any other way than we already are doing, finding many different ways to say the same thing. But you all have to come to that understanding, to let go. To let go of all the old programmed attachments that you have and move on. Forgive, forget, move on. That is the saying that your One Who Serves gave you. Use it. And even more importantly now as you continue on: be it.

I am Ashtar, and I leave you now in peace, and love. And know that we are here. We are watching over you, much, much closer than you can possibly imagine.

You are all – every sentient being without any exceptions – firmly established on your personal paths to awakening. Even though there is only the One, the One experiences Itself differently through each of you as you follow your individual paths to awakening. None of those paths are accidental, unintended, or inadvertent, each of you very carefully chose the paths that you are now following towards the grand awakening because you wanted to be as helpful as you possibly could be by proffering and portraying an uplifting and inspiring demonstration of the awakening process to those with whom you would interact during this lifetime as a human in form. And everyone of you, without any exceptions, is doing precisely what you planned to do, as you designed and set up the human life paths that you are presently following, quite brilliantly. Do not be concerned by the seeming worldwide chaos and confusion presently affecting all of humanity, which is also, of course, affecting you. It is all a major aspect of the awakening process so perfectly designed, and being implemented in every moment by Mother/Father/God, Source, Love, All That Is.

When you experience any sense of inadequacy or overwhelm remind yourselves that all IS divinely taken care of, that there are NO accidents, all that occurs IS divinely intended to lead you safely and most expeditiously Home to Reality, your eternal Home from which have never, not even for an instant, departed. The illusion of life in form, which you constructed to experience separation, was brilliantly designed for the purpose that you intended, namely to totally convince you that each one of you, each sentient being who had taken form, was totally separate from each other and from your Source, from God, and that intent has been achieved.

However, NOW is the time to awaken from that dream, that unreal state, which seems to have held you in its thrall for so long feeling lost and abandoned, where your physical forms are seemingly always in danger of being damaged or destroyed at any moment. Reality, where you have your eternal existence in every moment, is eternal, everlasting, and nothing could be more terrifying than to experience an intense and powerful sense that it could be terminated, and yet that is what you chose to experience. And, because you identify so firmly with the forms in which you are experiencing life, the thought of damage or destruction occurring is terrifying!

You are divine beings eternally at One with Source, and although, while in form, it seems to you that you are all separate, individual, even trivial little beings, you do know, deep within yourselves, that your true state is at One with Source. Therefore the seeming reality of separation can be nothing less than extremely terrifying, because to be separate, even if it were possible, would mean that death was real, a permanent and eternal termination of your existence at One with Source.

You are beings of LOVE, but as beings in form you are basically unaware of the Love that envelops and embraces you in every moment, so within you there lies an intense and terrifying fear of being unloved, without love, and so you are forever seeking love from others. When it seems that you have found it your spirits are raised, and when it is found to be unreal and impermanent you become very disillusioned. That sense of disillusionment is an essential aspect of your awakening process, it shows you that the love you receive from another being in form, while uplifting and inspiring while it lasts, is temporary. Either you will become disenchanted with one another, or one of you will die leaving the other alone and bereft. The unsatisfactoriness of that sense of incompleteness is what moves you to seek Oneness, God, Love, and moves you forward towards your awakening.

So I am here to remind you yet again that you are NOT alone, abandoned, lost, or unloved. That can never happen because you were created in the likeness of God for eternal joy as eternal beings, and that of course can never change. Time is unreal, although while you live lives in form it appears to be very real, whereas the only real facet of it is the eternal moment of NOW. While in form, with only your very limited intellectual abilities to help you to understand yourselves and the world around you, to accept that statement as true presents you with an enormous paradox, as you appear to experience time as the past, the present, and the future, with no way of reversing its flow. Modern scientific research is starting to uncover indications that time is flexible, not constant as you have always considered it to be, and this is extremely unsettling for those who hold fixed beliefs about the nature of the universe and how it must have come into being. Therefore, I ask you to relax in the knowing that there is only Now, even though, as humans in form, you are continuously experiencing the flow of time. The flow of time is a concept that is a major aspect of the unreal environment that you constructed to allow you to experience separation, and time does separate events, people, and relationships very successfully, as you are all well aware.

Humanity’s awakening will release you from the seeming inflexibility or constancy of time. Instead you will become fully aware of the completeness of “Now.” And in the recognition and understanding of time as a concept or aspect of the illusion, you will find yourselves free, unburdened by the feelings or beliefs that you do not have enough time for all that you have to do in any given day, week, month, or year. You will then be delighted to discover that you do indeed have time to smell the roses!

Therefore, as you continue to move most purposefully forward through your awakening process, slow down and be mindful in every moment of what you are doing in that moment – taking a step, opening a door, reading a book, going to work, worrying about some future event – the actuality of what you are doing, seeing, and hearing, and thus being present and self-reflective more and more of the time. When you do this you will find meaning in activities that previously seemed meaningless, other than as a way to complete some other task or activity, and your sense of lack of time or not enough time will dissolve. You will then find yourselves feeling more at peace, more content with the actual flow of life that you are experiencing, your feelings of stress will reduce and you will start to enjoy the moment instead of expectantly, and perhaps impatiently waiting for the next, and the next, and the next . . .

Life is meant to be enjoyable, inspiring, and uplifting, but because most humans are trained to focus their attention on their bodily needs and desires, much of their lives pass them by as they wait for an event or a meeting in a state that is unaware of the present moment, apart from the sense that it is unsatisfactory and needs to pass. This is unfortunate because the present moment has so much to offer when you choose to be mindfully present as it happens. Therefore focus on the NOW, because that is where you can always experience Reality, and it is into Reality that you are awakening. And, of course, everyone can and does choose where to focus their attention, even if they choose not to focus and allow the dream or the illusion to distract them from awareness of life.

All who are in form as humans are on their path to awakening, but all have free will thus allowing people to pay attention and be aware of the flow of spiritual nudges offering them intuitive insights to assist them in moving forward, or to ignore those nudges and remain fully engaged with the unreal. All of you reading this message have already chosen to awaken, and so you will. And as you set the intent to live lovingly whatever arises, others, who are just becoming aware that they are spiritual beings having a temporary experience in form, will be drawn to you because of the Light that you are emitting, and their presence in your presence will uplift and inspire them and you, as you, just as you planned before your present incarnation, by your loving presence help them enormously as they search for meaning and direction on their own spiritual paths.

You do not need to do anything to move into wakefulness, you just need to BE. So BE who you are, let go of any masks or disguises you have felt it necessary to wear as you have dealt with your daily human lives, and allow the beauty and Light that you are to shine forth. That is why you are here. Let go of any fear of others’ negative judgment or disapproval and BE, because you can be no one else and because that is your spiritual task, and therefore you are totally capable of undertaking it and bringing it to a most glorious conclusion. Remember, you are never alone, so ask your support team in the spiritual realms to assist you whenever you encounter any difficulties, or feel in any way lost or alone, and they will respond instantly with precisely the guidance or wisdom you need in that moment, and you will feel their loving presence.

In fact, make a point of delighting in your tasks, because only you can do them, they are an essential aspect of the awakening process, and you deserve to take joy in your holy mission.

Good day to you humans, I come with news and joy. It has come to my attention that you all are in a great ordeal and format of confusion and fear. You will soon come to understand what it is like to be of a Galactic nature, to carry the galactic blueprint as it will start to activate in a short notice.

Allow me to inform you that your Stellar sisters and brothers of Light have been downloading different forms and formats of information for each individual on this Earth. All templates of a Galactic nature are receiving, or are rather being bombarded, with multiple codes and information from different Galactic planes. As this differs for each individual, no Being is forgotten nor ignored. ALL of you are receiving the codes which serves the Highest good of Humanity and the SELF.

Dear Star seeds: if you are tuning into my message for Humanity: welcome and listen carefully for further instructions.

The Arcturian Star Seeds are receiving intel from their home Star on how to implement the next generation society of high intelligence and high technology. Each individual from this Galactic nature is downloading this information so that within the next stage of this Ascension process, the uploading can begin.

The Andromeda Star seeds are receiving and uploading codes to format the old matrix so that the Earth’s new Magnetic field can be activated. You function as rebooters whom are rebooting the Earth’s field. Your courage, patience and diligence are needed as well as your healing skills.

The Pleiadian Star seeds are somewhat enduring challenges as these souls are very sensitive to the ongoing chaos and drama. They are most connected to Humanity with their empathy and social skills. These Star seeds are being assisted with the changeover on the level of the Human Beings. This means that they are working on a planetary level and are being downloaded with the Codes from Solaris. Every Solar Flare is a new download for Pleiadian souls, and they can be very rough to integrate these days as the Flares contain stronger and higher frequencies. The Pleiadians are offering humanity the ability to open the hearts and minds, which is very important in this now. These are seeding awakening and are preparing to rebuild a new empire, a new world or community. These are doing their work in the playing field of Humanity: the closest to humanity.

The Sirians are the leaders of this moment. These Star seeds are taking over control so to speak and are stepping forward. These souls will feel the urge and the calling to “do something about it” and are therefore stepping up to make the necessary changes that will come about. We only ask to do it patiently and with integrity. These star seeds are being bombarded with new information, ideas and codes from the Galactic center so that innovative ideas can be birthed on the Earth. Sirians take on a leading role in this stage and are great healers.

The Venusian Star seeds are downloading codes from their home planet Venus and are assisting with the process of Love and compassion. These souls are integrating the Higher Love vibration to help understand humanity their own Divine nature. These are active in the field of nature and are feeling the urge to resist anger, negativity, darkness and hatred. More and more compassion will flow from their hearts to others: allow this to be given onto those whom are lost due to fear.

The Star seeds from Vega and Orion are the builders and architects of the Planetary structure. As we are transforming Earth to a crystalline structure, these Star seeds are responsible and are assisting this major process. Therefore, clarity, focus and strength are a must. These star seeds are daily receiving downloads and updates to integrate the crystalline vibration and are transforming this through their own vehicles. It is as if their vehicles are processing a regeneration themselves and are then passing on this frequency to the Earth.

All the other Star seeded souls on this Earth are processing each their own individual process of higher awakening, as no one is ignored. Each star seed is thus receiving their personal encodements and is awakening that which is ready to be activated. You are all helping and playing a role since we are transitioning into the Aquarian Age.

Remember that everyone must play along and so are you all receiving your codes.

There will come an end to this worry, to this confusion in the world. Each individual is important, and each soul is taking its own path. Many die in fear, forgotten of who they are. That is the only reason why a soul chooses to follow the guidance of fear. Always remember who you are; let this knowing be the guidance for your further path and remain connected with the heart. Never forget who you are, through it all.
