Create the Field First

A transmission from Ascended Master Saint Germain

Dear friends,

You give so much importance to what you do, yet the action itself carries much less power than the vibration from which it is born.

Before you do anything, create the field first.

Before sending an important message, take a moment and decide what you wish that message to carry. Perhaps clarity, kindness, love or peace. Feel that energy first, and then write.

Before entering your home, pause at the door and choose what you wish to bring inside. I enter with love. I bring peace into this space.

Before cooking, place your hands on the food for a moment and think, May this nourish everyone who eats it. The ingredients remain the same, yet the energy you place into them changes the experience.

Before an important conversation, breathe and remember the soul of the person in front of you. Create the intention: May we understand one another. May this conversation serve both of us. Then begin speaking.

This is conscious creation.

Open the space. Set the intention. Bring love. Then act.

Whenever you feel uncertain about what to do, become interested first in the energy you wish to create. Ask yourself:
“If love were doing this through me, how would it begin?”

Perhaps love speaks. Perhaps love listens. Perhaps love waits. Perhaps love moves immediately. Once the vibration becomes clear, the action often becomes beautifully simple.

Make this your practice in ordinary life. Before your work, your meetings, your meals, your messages, your journeys and your decisions, create the field you wish to experience.

You will begin to discover that you are here for much more than simply doing things.
You are here to give energy to everything you touch.
