I spend time in the mornings with my journal and in conversation with my guides.
Seraphina: Good morning. It seems very quiet this morning. Stillness, calm, like the world is sleeping in today. It’s nice. Peace, calm, ease and grace. I wish that for this planet every day. I’m holding space for that.
I feel pretty peaceful and calm in myself this morning as well. I have no real worries or aches and pains. I’m very happy to just be. I’m open and willing to hear and receive any words you have for me today.
Sanat Kumara: I am your Raj. I am both amused and happy each morning as we bless your cup of coffee together. Know that those who labor to bring you this cup of joy each day do receive the energy of the blessings and love you send to all.
If each one on this planet would send peace, love, joy, and ease and grace to all those who labor each day what a difference it would make.
As you bless your coffee, bless all your foods, the same way. Bless your clothing, your heart, your electrical system, your Internet, everything that you make use of in your daily life. Bless the hands of those who make everything possible for your usage and pleasure.
Most people do not consider where things come from, how they arrive in their lives.
The number of hands it takes for a simple cup of coffee and it’s ingredients is quite vast when you start with the coffee bush, and beans, and track the number of people it took to pick, sort, dry, bag, transport, many times over, transfer, roast, bag, transport again, stock, delivery, etc. It can be mind-boggling to consider.
This applies to everything, everything in your modern life.
Contemplate this. It is how mankind has set up the world to function.
Now, if everyone blessed every laborer and everything utilized in their life with this consideration, think how the world would change.
Blessings and gratitude. That is your contemplation for today.
