Do not become so caught up in the perceived immensity of a negative situation that you fail to recognize the beauty that surrounds you. Like a spider’s web, the more the mind struggles, the more entangled it becomes. But even a spider has its own escape hatches. Breathe and ask to be shown the easiest way.
