Allow for the ebb and flow.
As you adopt to this accelerated enhancement of energies
you will be invited to revisit old energies

in which you listened to the ego's interpretation
rather than the wisdom of the higher self.
In order to receive the healings

an allowance
a love and appreciation of the self must be considered
