Boundaries

My dear child, some of the most challenging moments result in the deepest understanding of human nature. Changes are happening so quickly that some are have issues adjusting. Those without firm foundations will often lash out, repeat destructive patterns and emotionally hurt others.
If you see or happen to experience being a target, take a breath and step back. State your boundaries lovingly and firmly then ask for The Universe’s perspective. This may be challenging while you are in the moment but, it can be done.
