Will we have to start over or come back if we taken a life even if we were protecting our selves?

St Germain: This is a difficult question to answer because it depends upon circumstances. If you are rebalancing karma on account of another lifetime where you were killed, and this also includes war acts. Any soldier who kills another person and in the olden days it was easier to account these acts because it was usually one on one battling, however the soul knows and will face rebalancing in future lives.

In the event of a mass homocide, such as the ones who flew the planes that dropped bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and those who planned the attacks, this is more complicated. In these cases, sometimes galactic court and incineration in the galactic sun is the only solution as the deed was so evil, and nobody can discount the evilness of these events. The same concerns the concentration camps in World War II. Do not think Galactic Court is a new event, there have been many coming from the earth plane throughout the ages.

As for the one who has killed, one must look at life circumstances and the poor choices you may have made in order to lead you to this act.

St Germain: It is not necessary to express your dark secrets in front of everyone for you will be condemned by many for even the most minimal of acts. It is best to find a good hearted person who desires to help you in healing who will not judge you and will not gossip about your acts, someone who is tight lipped and trustworthy. Until then, you may have to carry your burden yourself.

Can we create our own world if we evolve the soul enough when we are back in the astral realms?

St Germain: Yes. Choices are made in what you call “Heaven” as to further development.
