Now this needs some practice
and it is important to give yourself
the adequate chances.
To take as many swings as needed
to get the hang of it once again.
Do not see these practice sessions as futile.
Even if things may appear temporarily worse than before.
They are a necessary part of of your transition phase
of learning
how to honor your own Truth.
