Understand the true importance of clearing out the darkness, clearing out that which has been blocking, or blockading you quite literally in establishing regular contact with your Light.

As you do, you will come to recognize that it is a "good thing" when the shadows present themselves.
They show you what has been preventing you from identification with your Light.
And what to do when you recognize them?
Simply that, own them, recognize them as yours and they will dissolve before your eyes.

It is in keeping them in the shadow, tucked away from your holy vision that  they have and exert power over you.
Don't be bashful, don't be shy.
Allow all to be seen in the light.
That which is no longer hidden cannot have an effect on your unconsciously anymore.

You see?
You have brought it into the light.
And so it is.
